[META][WRIGLEY] Email from Wrigley's Still nothing about damaged codes Thank you for contacting the Wrigley Company to request information. We are always happy to hear from our consumers and will be happy to answer your question.
The codes are part of a sensory experiment connected to the Human Preservation Project. The project is confidential but you can learn more at TestSubjectsNeeded.com.
We thank you once again for taking time to contact us.
Sincerely,

[Email] To Support at Survival Code I sent the following email on July 4th to supportSPLAT survivalcode.com:

Dear Support,
Several people, myself included have purchased special edition packs of gum to obtain and enter codes on survivalcode.com. These codes are used to unlock keys to be used at a later time. Unfortunately, some of us did not add these keys to our inventory at the time of code redemption, and it appears we can not do so now. The only way to get back to the "add to inventory" page, is to enter a new code, the only way to enter a new code is to purchase more gum. It may be that the keys will be made available when the time comes, but if that's not the case, perhaps you can do some damage control now, and make the inventory page available to those who have entered legitimate codes.
Thanks for you attention to this matter.
I have yet to hear from them, but I did re-send the email, thinking it probably ended up in their spam folder or was overlooked due to the holiday. So we shall see.

They will give you the same answer as everybody else. I received 3 email from them already all saying the same thing.
Called customer support again today and the lady said the same thing. It's confidential and no one really knows anything about it.

Since 42E is running the show, you're probably going to have to contact them somehow since they are probably in control of the codes.

The other day I emailed the Wrigley's Gum company, asking them if I could get survival codes for survivalcodes.com without having to purchase 5gum. Their reply was as follows:
"Thank you for contacting the Wrigley Company to request information. We are always happy to hear from our consumers and will be happy to answer your question.
I'm sorry, but you have to buy the gum in order to play the game.
We thank you once again for taking time to contact us.
Sincerely,

Now where did I leave my wallet...?

I'm sure sending an email to supportSPLAT survivalcode.com is actually sending it to 42E. I just wish they would acknowledge the email and the problem and then fix it.

I did buy the gum, but didn't know how the website worked, so didn't add the keys to my inventory. I'm just not too keen on having to buy more gum in order to play. I know it's not a contest, so they don't have to provide you with a way to obtain codes without purchase, but I'm sure some state AG's might not like the practice of not getting what you paid for.
eta* I am hoping, that when the time comes to use the keys, we will be able to get back to the redemption page and then add them to our inventory. I'd just like to know that for sure.

Let me know how it goes. I'm broke and have no codes yet.
