I rather like this one. It makes me feel TTA is trying to be helpful, and maybe be nice to Jay and tell him to not forget what makes him, him.

Random theories:
"YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE" is a term that is usually followed by "and nobody can change that but you". Maybe Jay is the only one that can't be completely affected by all of this. He is the last known cast member to not be "taken". Maybe he is the key to all of this?

"BUT WHO ARE YOU" This could be directed to the people in the pictures (see below), and not Jay. As if, TTA is showing these people and saying "Who are they? They lost themselves, and you will too if you're not careful." Or "They lost themselves, and it's up to you to stop any more people from being lost."

As for the pictures: I do not believe that the pictures are anyone we know, except maybe the very last one, that bears a small resemblence to Tim.

The first picture at 33, I dunno about that. Unless Billie Joe Armstrong is making a cameo, unknown.
The second picture looks like an elderly man. The features on the mouth and the cheeks, in addition to the lines by the nose clearly show it's an old guy.
The third picture looks more like a black woman, with shorter hair. There are glasses, but the skin color is clearly different. Not Alex.
The fourth, with the hair and possible sideburns makes it possible that it is Tim. This is all I can guess. The fact that besides the first one, it's the only one on its side, and the WHO ARE YOU in the eye. (also keep in mind, a message was delivered through Masky's eye in Indicator as well.)

EDIT: I forgot about "DO I KILL OR DO I HELP". This to me seems like TTA is battling himself for his decisions, and is deciding whether or not to aid someone, or just be rid of them. I'm going with Jay, since TTA has always wanted to help Jay and vice versa. Jay isn't of any help at all recently, and TTA is getting impatient. So he's trying to be nice, while at the same time telling him that he will do what is needed to get to the ark.

Combined with constant references to sight, and now the point of the brain that perceives what you see. Suggesting that this is the part of the brain that gets damaged by seeing the operator. Or, that those who have perceived him have special sections of their brain.

Those warped pictures creep me the hell out. Especially the first one. Once we rotated it to see what it was, it reminds me of that Ben/Jadusable/Link picture with the huge, darked out eyes.

Maybe...he means the Operator. Should TTA help the Operator or kill him.

I base this on nothing with no other evidence.
