Looks like LAINSY might have noticed me, or Pat has been taken off the case... got a reply from a John Newman, telling me...

Quote:
Hello!

Your conversation with Patrice has been forwarded by the system to me. I do not know why. I have tried to forward your message back to pat.heinzSPLATfailtechnologies.com but it fails. The system says "invalid address"

Anyways, for me to address your concern, I will require you to provide me with your FAILTECH Employee ID Support Code at the back of your ID Tag before I can proceed. This is a FAILTECH Standard Procedure in performing support for FAILTECH Employees.

John Newman
FAILTECH Support

Any ideas?

No clue. Seems hard to BS an ID#

I've tried tons of keywords from the txt files... nothing.

Nothing on my end either. I've tried every obvious password that I can think of.

Let's hope Richard can help us out.

I'm getting joint replies from John and 'Richard Manning' now. They're very much singing from the same hymnsheet, i.e.

Quote:
Please contact your supervisor and acquire a "Temporary Employee ID" it will then have an Employee ID Support Code at the back.

Yeah this was my answer

Sorry but I do not answer support questions directly if they haven't been passed over to me by a Support Representative. Please contact supportSPLATfailtechnologies.com and see if they can answer your concern.

Our technicians are already performing their duties in regards to our network problems. And what Antarctic research facility? I am sorry, but I might have to end this conversation here.

Would it help if I offered some information about the Antarctic research facility, and what is wrong with LAINSY?

I believe so, all we have for communications is email, and website is still down. The higher ups must be in panic right now.

Sadly a friend of mine is locked out of the system since he doesn't know the default password. Let's hope they get it fixed.

I don't know the passwords either.. tell your friend to contact his boss about this.

I'm starting to run out of ideas to do.

I can't find a single phrase or word in these files that works. Oh well. I even thought of a different form of buzzer code. Nothing out there seems standardized. I have to finish up some projects now. Maybe something will advance by tonight.

Guys, I'm currently in e-mail contact with one of the BOD at the company - may have more to report soon but have potentially a level 4 password to come...

I don't want to post too much and ruin chances of getting it, but

Quote:
If you qualify, you will be given Level 4 Security Clearance to our systems (which don't work right now).

From the last email I received.

You don't have to worry about stuff like that here. Unforums is 100% OOG. As far as any ARG characters are concerned, this site essentially does not exist. (AFAIK)

You can post whatever you think might help the group.

I'm in guys - level 3 at least.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Thanks, looks legit to me. Since I can't pick you up since I can't determine your exact location, I will issue you a Level 3 Security Clearance at the moment so that you can do some work. Check the Research and Development directory in the admin section at level 3 for your Welcome Package. I'm not so sure when the admin directory will come back on the website and the website itself, but it surely be worth the shot to give you access to the L3 directory for now. Inform me when you get in.

I'll issue you your Level 4 Security Clearance once I tidy things up in one of facilities that is in trouble. And maybe issue you a company email address and Employee ID Number, too.

BTW, codes are at a whack right now, so I'll give you the L3 default code since I was able to reset the codes last night.

Username: level3access
Password: ilovebirds

And again, I'm not sure if you can access the system right now. I know I can't. But once you do, inform me. For now, I'm off to check up on one of our facilities. Hope to hear from you soon.

Board of Director, FAILTECH
