In need of talented partners

Soooo, I have a project planned.
This project is NOT and ARG, but it has ARG elements in it.

First, let me state this: I am in no position to pay (yet) but I am willing to give away pieces of this IP.
It's currently in development and I think it's freaking awesome.
(Far as I know, it hasn't been done yet either)

I need:
A PHP wiz: There will be some (read: a lot of) editing of Joomla or WP.
(Or anything else if you have a better idea)
I can mess around with code a bit myself, so I need someone that's way better than me.

Someone who is graphically strong. I can make stuff that is not that bad.
I need somebody who is way better than me. Someone who can really wow me and potential players. I am looking for a photoshop or illustrator genius who can create things that look realistic. With things I mean environments.

If one or both of these people are also creative in regards to puzzles and stories, then woohoo, we have a team!

Of course, the same way that I am critical of who I work with, I fully understand you not wanting to waste your time.

This is a project that I fully believe in so I might come off as a dick, but that's not intentionally, it's just that I really have high hopes for this concept.
