I just received an email from Cara after I sent her one to make sure she was still here, and heres what she sent back:
Quote:
I am still with you.

I am curious about something. A while back, my friends at ColeHardTruth, who are sadly no longer with us, mentioned something about a message dropped in a phone. Has anyone active in your resistance group found the message? It is all that remains of them, so it is important you find it to remember them by.

Cara

Maybe Christien could post the text messages he found in the phone? I mentioned to her that there was no sim card so we shall see what she says.

Today? Where did you find that?

From Cara again:
Quote:
Have they picked apart the phone completely? My activists friends tend to be pretty clever about hiding things.

Cara

Maybe the phone should be disassembled?

From Little Vicious email he got from CF's PR. Posted on the last page. They said it was being released "Thursday" and he posted the email on Wednesday. No one official told me anything about it, but yeah... no one at CF's spoken much at all.

As for the Phone thing, I have some ideas but I don't have time to discuss it yet. Be back later.

There were no contacts, but all of the old text messages sent and received were there. We went through them, it is obviously out of game stuff.

The only note on the phone was "49TEN Westmount West."

Here is a copy/paste of what we did with that note
Christien wrote:
There is a street here called Westmount in the city of Westmount. So we jumped in a car and went over.
The street Westmount goes from about 4300 to 4898. There is no 4910.
Across the street is Marianopolis College. Since I believe this game is being run by a bunch of Concordia students, it would make sense that they were probably Marianopolis students just a year or two ago. So, There could be something hidden in their old stomping ground.

We spent a few hours going up and down the street and looking around the Marianopolis, but we found nothing.
The thing that makes it look like a clue is that it is written 49TEN, not 4910. When writing text on a phone, why take the time to switch to letters?

We put in a pretty good effort in looking at the phone. When we turned up nothing, we then assumed there must be another drop with something to activate the phone. I'll go over it again...

Physically, we took off the back and took out the battery, found nothing. I guess I could take it apart...

Also, the article int the CJP about the stolen bibles is now gone. http://www.cityjournalpost.com/bibles-stolen-from-local-bookstore-in-bizarre-theft/

I guess I have the only piece of evidence that the robbery happened. Not sure if that is important or not... Just throwing it out there.

Well it sounds like you've looked thoroughly, she just seems to be dropping a hint that something is there

Yeah. I'm now convinced that I missed something. I'll have to go over it again.
Maybe ask Cara if she thinks there is any significance to 49TEN Westmount West.

Google maps says that there is a 4910 westmount in montreal. Right at the corner of Westmount and Claremount at the Marianopolis college.

The road ends at 4898. That is the last address there. We spent a couple of hours there looking around, including looking around the college.
I'm pretty sure if there was something there we would have found it.

Sorry google maps may have steered me wrong, (it looks like the map ends in the middle of the street) but Cara is insisting something is in the phone:

Quote:
An address on the phone? I doubt that.

ColeHardTruth didn't have a headquarters or anything. All their interactions took place online.
Check the phone again. Like I said, the members of ColeHardTruth are now all gone, but they left us something. We need to honour their memory by finding it.

Cara

Update: unreal bad @CJP! Just a query from the curious girl: did any of you in the CF fold ever get any clarification or updates about this 3Points "odd feedback"? TY

Awesome job Christien! You climbed a mountain for the ARG haha.

I'm curious now as to what info we're supposed to be working with from the bible you found...

Hmm.. What do you guys think "here lies the key to my archives" means?

New CJP post, RIP Virgil. Seems that the Police are looking for the key to Virgil's archives. And they add that they believe the archives are online ... so I guess we have the key, if we can figure out how to use it (?)

So, are we supposed to find something inside the book, or are we supposed to identify something that "lies" in the KJ Bible?
