The maker knows I love me some 42E, however I have a few issues with this so far.

1. I'm standing in a blizzard outside a menacing looking door that apparently leads into a mountain with various keys in my hand. A countdown ends and just when I think I can go inside and have a cup of coffee BAM! Gotta wait 30 more minutes for a 'transmission'.

2. After being tempted with the idea of a new video or breadcrumb BAM! Dot puzzle that was made by a sick, sadistic PM.

We've received one cryptic bone with the changing of the original dot image and it appears that either A. The PM's felt sorry for us and this is their idea of a clue, or B. this is yet another countdown that will lead us somewhere, possibly...maybe. or C. The image changing was a correction to fix a glitch or bad initial image.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound bitter...it's my own fault for getting hyped up. I know TPTB have (and are) working hard, but it feels like my head has a date with a brick wall.

That's what I mean. Wonder if they are updating something right now.

I was thinking about what others said about constellations and what someone said about how some of the dots might not mean anything at all and are just there to throw us off. Well what if we use the ice fly as the constellation instead of an actual one and use that to filter out the unneeded dots. This might not be the best alignment for it but you get the idea.

This may or may not help but this site can help you view some of the work done on the photo.

Honestly, because the 5 in the center is in a pentagon, I think it might be part of the solution.

Someone posted that the strands all add up to a number divisible by 5 (still to check)

If thats the case and the number in the hexagon is the key, then maybe the number of times 5 goes into the strands gives us a code

Will check it.

Ignore all my previous theories up to this point. Still no clue.

Ok so something that was bugging me is all of those pages on Traelek. What the hell are those for? Has anyone tried overlaying this image over the newspaper or the open spread of the brochure and see if the numbers match words?

I can't because I am not near PS.

If you do find the code what will we do with it?

I remember hearing chatter about it, but I don't think it ended up amounting to anything. Unfortunately I don't have PS nor sources so I can't back that up at the moment. :C
