It could be "A Light In HTe Darkness Is Too Small To See", which is a quote from the Within Temptation song "Deceiver of Fools":

I found that after searching for "A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS SHALL'" could be related which might make the solve

LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS SHALL FREE

well it fits one of the interpretaions anyway

 		is there a space betwwen the last L or not?

and we are sure the next to the last letter is an A.... the obvious one is an "I" as in :
