Oh, oh God... I think this kind of explains the blood in Brian's sink, he was coughing it up from being Operator-ized.

So here's what we know:

Alex is also an unreliable narrator?
Alex coughs up and spits out blood in his recreational periods.
Alex is taking up art again.
Slendy likes to stand in corners and people like to vanish when this happens.

So, probable theories based on the above:

Alex did get in touch with Amy but did not record it.
Alex wanted Jessica to think that he had gotten in touch with Amy.
Alex thought that he'd gotten in touch with Amy.
Alex's Slendysickness is getting worse.
Slendy can indeed teleport.

Though, wait...

So Alex gets all "bluh" and someone walks near him.
Now Alex is getting into bed and then gets "teleported".

What? Why wait for him to be getting into bed? Is the film somehow out of order?

Or... was that not HIM?

The thing that struck me most about this episode was the shot of him staring at himself in the mirror. It reminded me of how in movies guys are always giving themselves pep talks in mirrors when they need to make a decision.

Just the impression I got but were the drawings Alex was doing an attempt to call the Operator, cause after he finishes them he just seems to sit around waiting, presumably for the Operator.
Kind of fits with all the TTA imagery of operator buttons and phones.

Personally, it kinda read to me like Alex was calling the Operator by drawing the symbols. Not entirely sure why he would do that but there's still a crapton of unanswered questions with Alex (and everything really).
