So, when Alex is sitting on the floor and the shadow passes over him... if you crank the video up to 720p and go full screen you can see Alex's eyes blinking. I think he's conscious and watching Oppy (probably... maybe someone else) walk by.

The only major question I have from this entry is this;

Why is Alex the only one exhibiting these symptoms right now? Jay has been slenderstalked for a over a year now, why hasn't the Operator had the same effects on him?

Does the Operator only focus on one person at a time? If so, what's with Tim? Maybe that would explain why Tim ignored Jay in the entry he attacked Alex and had his leg broken, because Jay isn't who the Operator wants. It's Alex.

Maybe because Jay is still really ignorant to what the Operator is and his purposes he's safe? Well, safe in the sense that Slendy just wants to scare him.

Also, moving along with this theory, do you think that when the Operator showed up in the forest with Jay is about the same time Alex arrived?

So wait, do the drawings only happen when Alex is in a trance? If so, why does he keep them and tape them on the wall in Entry #11 when he seems to be paranoid of El Hombre Alto instead of being his minion?

Alright, so first off kudos for for the guy who made the connection between this entry and the blood in Brian's sink. Great catch. (Still might be wrong, but still...)

Now down to business.

-Now why oh why would the Operator release Alex after the last entry?
-Was Alex under the Operator's control the whole time?
-Or did the Operator "release" Alex so he could go home.
-If the entire time, Alex WAS under a spell, maybe the reason for it would be to call Jessica and say he saw Amy to spread confusion.
-That makes sense to me.

So the Operator doesn't want Jessica to worry about Alex and Amy. Somehow the Operator knows that Alex made that call in the last entry.

If we go for this then:

-Was Alex under the Operator's control back in the original tapes when he was making the drawings?

Hmm.

I must ponder.

Side Note: Loved the Operator appearance. Knew something was coming, but he looked really good in this entry.

I just had a thought. At 3:02 Alex puts his glasses down on the table and then not too long after, he is teleported/kidnapped/whatever. Is it possible that entry 38 takes place not too long after this entry since Alex didn't have his glasses in that one?

This could also account for his even stranger attitude in 38 and why Alex doesn't have the chest cam then as well.

Can anyone confirm there was blood in that spit though? Just rewatched, but I didn't see any pink or red.

If anyone wants to see it look at when he rinses out. You can clearly see it isn't clear water he spits out.

Maybe Alex is lying to Jessica and Jay (not wanting Jay to follow him because not because he didn't trust Jay to know his location, but because Alex knew Jay would figure wandering into the woods was not a legit plan) in order to protect them? If Alex remembers his encounter with Slenderman in the woods at all, he might be aware of how much trouble he's in and is trying to isolate himself.

The drawing that Alex labeled "Operator" is pretty specifically drawn to be a head with an X through it, so the theory that the Operator symbol is representational shorthand for Slenderman (as a head crossed out to emphasize that it has no face) is standing up, I think.

I like that there's now on-screen confirmation that Slenderman teleports people, but there's still the fact that we don't know if Tim teleported himself or Jay in Entry 19 or Jessica in Entry 33 using his own Operator-granted powers, or if it's always just Slenderman and Slenderman alone.

For what my opinion's worth, I agree totally that this blood in the sink connects to the old blood in the sink--that was my first instinct, at least.
