i was thinking than maybe if you isolate each colour, and then join the dots in the order that they are numbered, they spell something? only i dont have PS and i dont know how to tell the differences between some of the close shades w/out the ink drop (i'm colour blind)

Woe is us, we the color blind.
Hopefully there's an integral aspect to solving it that isn't the color...

i tryed this with just red, but there is a1 a1 a3 a3 a4 a4 and only 1 a2...maybe if there is a key of some sort it eliminates teh redundant numbers?

Please redirect further discussion of the new "puzzle" to the thread dedicated to it
the countdown.htm page of dots puzzle
the mini-game which came out of that

(edit to clarify thread links)

Odd coincidence: it's Terry O'Quinn's birthday today (59) - on the same day that the SurvivalCode\TheGenesis countdown timer ends!

I thought of that exact same thing.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with the game but it's cool anyway. (At least to a TOQ fan like me.)

For continuity sake:

After completing the puzzle listed in this thread, you are lead to a new puzzle (thread) that contains
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
a musical game, of sorts.

Completing the second puzzle gives
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
you additional images for the log files on your profile, and an achievement.

Is anyone else unable to log in to survivalcode.com? I was logged in and hit the back button, which redirected me to log in again, but I can't. Maybe the PMs are adding more comic pages? Or possibly adding a way for us to use our keys?

By hitting the 'back' button, you may have confused the state of cookies in your browser. You might be seeing a page which used to say you were logged out, but your state is still logged in. I'm only speculating here, but if you could navigate to something like http://www.survivalcode.com/users/profile.aspx directly, it might show you as logged in. I dislike the navigation on pages like this, as i don't see a link back to the home page, and end up changing the URL directly from there. (Of course, if you close down your browser, it might reset your cookies to a logged-out state, after which you should be able to log in again.) The site is working fine for me right now, i just logged in.

Wow! Got home from work finally and started catching up. Just finished the audio-centered game. Question: how the hell are they going to create a "feel" related game?
