Done!. Last one with a little bit of luck I think.

Following musical and tempo patterns worked better than the count up numbers to me

I see alot of people just mentioning the switches they used... this is musical... it's important what beat you hit the switch on as well as what switch it is. so I think using something like [2,8] [3,2] meaning 2nd switch 8th beat and 3rd switch 2nd beat would be more useful than 2,3,4,8.

LVL 19 *according to wikibruce*

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
[1,1] [2,8] [6,5] [7,2] [9,7] [10,6] [11,1] [12,7] [14,4]

this solution worked for me but I had to play with the order I did these switches/timings and eventually they did work.

*edited to spoiler solutions.

Still stuck? The solutions on wikibruce do work, but it's like Chon Lee said- you've gotta work with the timing too. :3

Wow, I'm almost always TERRIBLE at puzzles, but I only got stuck on 12 and like 16 or something. I didn't even realize I'd gotten to the end because everybody said 19 and 20 were hard and I just kind of blitzed through them without much trouble. I don't even think it was luck - I think I've just found the single example of a puzzle that I'm actually good at. I feel so accomplished now!

I didn't pay much attention to the counter, just to the timing of the balls and how/when they broke the blocks... so I'd know that as soon as a block was broken, I could throw another ball that needed to go through the broken block. I don't know. I had a LOT of fun and I didn't expect to!

Thanks to everybody who put together screencaps of the solutions, though. I don't think I could have beaten 12 on my own...

So, I gotta point this out because it took me awhile to think of it, and it's in case anyone else is confused..

Next to the on/off switches are the numbers 1 through 8. The numbers resemble the speed in which you want the ball to go.

Anyways, I did finish the game. Only took about an hour or so, and I was getting frustrated with it.

Also, [Spoiler] The red-head deaf girl in the comic is the girl in the car from the video we watched to get to the new countdown in the beginning of July. Just saying : )

It's not quite the speed, but the timing that the numbers represent. Also, the conversation about the redhead can be found in the character/plot threads. Wink

For anyone still looking for hints/tips, I think it's important to remember:

So as you're hitting the blocks, you're creating a beat and, eventually, a song. The more it starts sounding like a tune you can hum or bob your head to, the closer you are to a solution. Smile

I had a ton of fun with this one! I had only glanced over this page to find out it was there, but I figured out the gate thing without realizing what I was doing. Great job, 42E!

Missed all this. Might do it all later but what happens at the end when you open all the gates? Any badges/achievements added to your profile? What's the reward? (Don't mind spoilers)
