Is probably true due to a OOG reason that is too personal to speak about here.

*sigh*

Phenonymous, dude, you really need to think before you say/do things.

Phenom. Would you please, for once, put a filter between your brain and what you type?

Did anyone get a server started? I think we'd cover a lot more ground this way. Also, the firestarting tools really must be more than just HABIT being helpful and leaving it there for funsies.
qaqa- keep the emails going! You keep them in the loop, you are like official keeping-the-guys-in-the-loop guy!

We should make a badge or something for position of keeping-the-guys-in-the-loop guy. Seriously. And then qaqa can assign deputies!

Hahaha, damn this currently photoshopless computer! I will so make that.
Welp I'm going to explore a little more but put my mind on the new Corenthal paper. Somehow, reading that Corenthal found a scrap of what I assume to be Slenderman has given me hope. How desperate is that? "The villian has torn his dapper coat- HE HAS A WEAKNESS!"

Yay! Very Happy Badges for everyone!

How the hell does Slendy lose a piece of what's essentially himself, though? There's got to be more to it! Shocked

I have a server that we could use, it requires the use of Hamachi, however. So if someone else could host that would be much easier.

I think WestRoadSal said a page back he also made server, but I think he said he was not good at maintaining it.

Just informed 4chan's /x/ of the map.
A guy there used to make creepy as hell Minecraft maps and /x/ was pretty good at finding every little secret hidden in them. HABIT's relatively simple map should be no trouble for them.

Then again, it is 4chan, chances are they all ragequit the series when the guys mentioned a meme or something.

Let's give it a few days and then we'll have Cuza check in. You can't really set deadlines on that kind of thing.

/x/ is a board, not a person.

And so far the only response my thread got was one guy who didn't know what EMH is.

Ah, I see now.

Well good luck. If need help explaining to them about it I recommend using the Plot Summary page on the EMH wiki.

Well, this isn't panning out.
I'll make the thread again later in the night.
I'll keep it open until it 404s though, just in case.

EDIT: Someone actually started playing it. No idea if it's a Wordworks veteran though.

"DUBIOUS"

I've played a bit more and I have a tree about the level. I don't think it is useful information, but here it is.
As far as symbolism, you have to drown to get out of the tomb, and you have to dig (search) to get to the outside world- so the idea of the Nether, whether or not it is hiding something, fits perfectly. The Nether could simply be a reference to The Ark, or the literal Other world in the EMH world. The whole thing, at the least, is a perfect symbolic analogue. I think HABIT may have put the chest of obsidian there to make sure we thought of and went to the Nether. In terms of what is definitely meant to be there, you have the password, and the box of obsidian. Without the box of the obsidian we would have just thought, "oh, the cavern is important, the outside world is not important." With the box there, we think of the cavern world, the outside world, and the Nether seperately. There's almost too much symbolism in the cavern for it not to be taken seriously. I don't know if I think it's a troll, I think maybe HABIT is trying to bring our attention to things again.
I'm not sure what this would mean as far as the guys, I doubt it would mean much. I tend to think of the timefuckery as that- the same guys in different times, not exactly different dimensions or worlds. Anyways, tree over.
