Some important notes about the theories and speculation that have popped up in the past few pages of this thread:

The first drawing DOES NOT say "Don't Throw Stone." It says "Stone Throw Cont." and in "Stone Throw Contraption" or "Stone Throw Continued."

I could go into more, but its getting to be a little tiring. Many of the folks who started working on this a few weeks ago have stopped posting, and I don't blame them. There seems to be a pattern where new folks join the discussion without reading the whole forum or the whole Formspring, and the folks that have been around are put in the position of having to constantly correct previously discounted speculations from newcomers. This wouldn't be so bad if there were ever any new puzzle to solve, but all we seem to do is collect more red herrings and recycle old theories without giving credit to the folks who came up with those theories weeks ago. If you're new, you may find yourself in this position soon, as more new folks drop by. Good luck. Have fun with it. As for me, I'm taking a break, because all of these old recycled theories are getting tiring.

Read their answers carefully, I believe they are being very specific. Maybe what they leave out is important?

This question also struck me as odd, or the answer did rather.

Q. Had you played Black Ops? Mason? Kennedy? Wich type of games have you been played?

A. The only video game we've ever played is DooM.

The question is a reference to a storyline in Call of Duty Black Ops (I havent played this so if someone can fill this in better please do so) where a guy named Mason is maybe hypnotised/brainwashed to assassinate Kennedy via a number trigger or soemthing that he hears in his head, causing him to hallucinate.

The thing about this is that the question is NOT about games. It is about the actual plot line, with numbers and brainwashing etc. I think they know this when they reply.

'We've' ever played is DooM. Seriously? 'We'? Only played DooM? Is the answerer referencing himself in plural? Or the whole group has only played DooM? Because that's a bit odd, usually different people will play different games. I think its a clue or something somehow. OMG THEY ARE GOING TO OPEN A PORTAL TO HELL (jk jk)

I think this would have to do with how far it was tilted, it would maybe send different sounds from the speaker?

Doesn't it look odd how carefully they have traced the face outline for a mannequin? And it also looks like they have gone to a bit of effort to make it look NON-FEMALE.

The neck looks like an traditional 'android' neck with the stripes on it, not a mannequin? Do a google image search for 'mannequin head'... all just have a molded neck.

The radio looks like a 'walkie-talkie' handset with an antenna. Why an antenna? Surely this would work with pre-recorded sounds?
Who would broadcast through it? Why is this thing so old-school mechanical and not computerized, eg just with laptop plugged in behind the scenes running through wires and speakers? I mean, wires from rocks however many meters away? With the corners in the pipe it really wouldn't work too well. It would almost be easier like a kids toy to have infrared sensors or something, which surely an electronics student could easily make?

The first blueprint showed possible 'resistor' symbols under the ground, beneath the figure, although there weren't as many 'zigzags'. It could also be the symbol for 'representative of a longer length of line', so if you wish to represent a longer line just with a short symbol you do that specific up-and-down zigzag.

Oh, and please refrain from posting large images directly into posts.
Either resize it or just upload it to an image site like IMGUR and provide a URL link within the post.
Large images mess up the sizing of the entire page and it's annoying.

Another question, on the get involved page, is there any reason why when you highlight, there's "~ 18000" right at the top..? Why would 18000 sign it right at the top, then again under "Applications are temporarily closed."?

The names have been discussed earlier, along with the alt. text and how they're different than the image names.

Have any of you sent in an image for the sightings page? Was it posted? I'm wondering if we'll get more clues from the page if they receive more photos/promotion. Then again, it's possible that they've gotten more than what they've posted (it is fairly popular) - just enough for the amount of information they want to give.
