 		Been emailing a bit more with Cymbu:

I asked if he (Mark) was in any danger:

"Danger?

Not for him.

Not yet."

I replied asking if s/he was in danger and if they knew Brian or where he may be.

So we now have learned that Brian is deployed overseas. So, he is military??? Maybe we should follow-up on that?

"Are you in any danger? Do you know where Brian is? "

Got this response:

"Like I can just tell you people this shit. Knowledge is power, but knowledge is fucking dangerous.

But I will say this: Yes."

Then I wrote:

"Okay, well, sorry to piss you off. Just trying to help."

Then got this:

"Not pissed, just trying to really convey to everyone... this isn't light stuff.

I'm glad you guys helped him, but this is about all I can do right now... at least for a few more hours.

This is the last thing you guys will hear from me... for a few hours, as I said. Thank you for helping him. It's all up to Mark now.

I was glad to see he remembered. Kind of a weird memory, but our antics were always fun. "

So...yeah, that happened.

This combined with the violent reaction to asking where Brian is makes it sound as though Cymbu is Brian, doesn't it? I'm looking forward to tomorrow's photos - if we get them.

Well that sounds.....ominous? Promising? Creepy as all get out? I guess we just wait until Mark makes the next move and goes to the theater.

Agreed there are letters missing, I'm thinking message among the message.

CESEREAN (incorrect spelling)
SHIFT
AM
SO
12 (???)
MUCH

Ceasarian shift http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/caesar.php (way of encoding text)

Keyis Cymbu, maybe "key is cymbu" working with 100kfireflies on it.

You have it out of order. It is:

CESEREAN
SHIFT
12
AM
SO
MUCH

So my initial thinking is that he is telling us to use a Ceasarian Shift cipher.....using rot12???? and then the message is whatever AM SO MUCH.
