has the soundtrack on the getinvolved page changed?

I never actually listened to them because they creeped me out, so I don't know (I also skipped reading about them because, once again, they creeped me out) but I noticed that the getinvolved page has the sound of a recorder turning on/off. Was that there before? It also sounds like someone moving around a room.

 		everyone keeps talking about the audio on the se pages, but i have yet to hear a page have audio on it. perhaps it is because i am on a mac and viewing with safari? but i am not getting any embedded audio sounds on any of these pages. Sad no fair! lol

I tried to show my friend on her mac; she couldn't get sounds either.

 		I get sound with Safari on my mac, and I would with Chrome too if I actually updated the plugins. That's odd. Embarassed

I actually avoiding listening, too, though. Since others decided the tracks were lifted and (largely?) unedited, didn't we discount them from significance?

I asked that question to 8.3.11.... it was bc someone had asked what the . stood for and the answer was 7.... i wasnt thinking about alt codes so i asked if it would be 873711...thats all...



I might be misinterpreting your question. But the middle dot [ • ] is made using the Alt+7 function of your keyboard and a space is made using Alt+32. I think they were just trying to be funny.

 		yeah at one point on formspring he said that they exceeded their bandwidth on the orignal site and had to get a new domain. that webs address was the original site.

So I've been adding different words to the end of the web address myself just to see if I could get anywhere new... I'm not sure if I've found anything or not, but it's worth a thought I suppose.

So on the "find your path" page (8-3-11.info/path); the title of the page is Looking For Something That Never Existed. So I decided, for my own amusement (and insanity it seems) to google the phrase. I read a little part of a book The Soloist by Mark Salzman. The section that pops up is pretty interesting and the woman in the book has some scars on her face. I remember reading somewhere in the multitude of info that there is something with Belle's face?skin? (she is also from Germany I believe). However, given that a lot of the answers on formspring are musical in nature I think Edelweiss may be/have a clue... Not sure just another thing I ran across. A quote from the website where I found Edelweiss song info: "The unfortunate truth is that the song doesn't really pine for what was to be lost, but really for something that never existed in the first place. The Austria that exists in The Sound of Music is a dream within a dream. The song really laments the loss of a dream that has crashed into reality. This is not just the reality of the war but the reality of the situation. Austria was not just a victim of the German war machine, it helped produce it. The same homeland the produced the edelweiss also played and instrumental role in the development of the Nazi movement and the horrors of World War II."

No man, I can swear that on the formspring they state they she was born in America. I'm legit, not trying to troll or anything. I will search the formspring now I'll be back momentarily and I apologize if I am wrong. Btw, Whats with this random flood of trolls all of a sudden? Before it was a page or 3 a day and now its like 10 of random trolls spaming.

If the site quoted above is correct, then there may be up to 7 more URLs on the site that have content. Or they might just be more useless "You're Lost" pages.

Google currently lists 49 URLs in a simple "site:8-3-11.info" search.
I distinctly remember this being 42 last weekend. Granted, these are only URLs that Google is indexing so the others might have already been there and no one had been searching for them until recently. The majority of them just lead to the "Looking for Something that Never Existed" / "You're Lost" page, anyway.

So, people are apparently 'uncovering new URLs', but they appear to be useless.
The question for me is why they would make so many of these pages and subdirectories without any unique content in them? Why bother?

There are a few details on the "Legend" section of the website that vaguely match up with this...vaguely. And the murdered family was found on the 4th, so that means they could have died on the 3rd.

Also I just realized that the title for "Legend is mispelled "Leyund."

So, I'm just posting because I'm pretty sure I've just started making connections with anything, but maybe someone can prove my theory is crap so that I can look at other things.

this may mean nothing and hopefully this is not a repost ... I have tried to read almost everything posted ............... yankee, hotel, foxtrot, zulu, etc are phonic (spelling) alphabet that are only used by NATO (iaco), Norway/Danish, and the FAA ... all (almost) others used different words for the alphabet including Germany even during the war

I thinking maybe looking so hard to find answers for something that may or maynot be part is the puzzle is what they want ... maybe this is all a birthday party invitation game that got way out of hand ... cause if u think about it the the only true things they have said is that she was 6 when the pic was taken, she is 83 now, the movement has to be on 8-3-11, it may or maynot affect u, no one will get hurt or needs to fear, evrything else was answers to things they like ( satrs, etc...) ... so the omly thing that cannot change is a birthday .... SO LET'S PAR-TAY
