Add me to the list of people who would love an envelope. I've got money for postage standing by.

When I got to where they were handing out the evenlopes I saw one guy and two girls wearing the icefly shirts. They were standing by a van, which was open. I could see what was inside and there were boxes upon boxes of the envelopes. I picked up 3 for myself and couple others. I will head back over there tomorrow when I can and see how many more I can get.

Add me to the list as well man. Thanks a lot if you can!

Eee! I'd also love an envelope if you manage to get, er, it looks like the queue's a dozen of 'em now. If not, I'll live with just pics of yours. C:

So awesome to hear more IRL stuff is going on, no matter how small.

I know what the constellation is :)

I know what the constellation is. I just need someone who understands algebra to help me figure out what it is saying. The constellation is a clue, and might be what we need to open the door, or at least find another achievement.

Care to elaborate here? Math's not my strong suit, but I'm interested to see what you've come up with.

Also, I think if they were going to do anything at Comi-Con besides handing out packages, it would definitely be today.

So are these envelopes different than the ones that were mailed out? Can you post pictures?

It is a Coxeter-Dynkin Diagram

If anyone can help me figure this out, we will all benefit Smile

I have a friend at Comic Con who's going to try and pick me up a handful. Will trade for codes if she can get some Very Happy

Wow, I think you're right! I took a look at it, but I don't have nearly the level of math required, plus none of the examples looked close enough to the constellation to take a guess as to what it could mean. But great work spotting it!

I dont know, maybe. But every example of those diagrams show all nodes at regular intervals and the constellation does not share this trait. I also think that it is a little early in the game to have such a complex piece at this time.

But, I dont know, Im new to this stuff. I would be interested in seeing what this translates to though, it IS worth a shot and we have nothing better at this time to try.

I would love one of those envelopes too. Man im glad i checked the thread today, I would have missed this!

Also, is there any reason why I havent recieved my envelope from MIF in the mail? I registered like 2 days before the ground hunt on june 27th.

If you need to get ahold of me, you can contact me at night-eco on deviantart or my twitter account Kinzart.

I did register for the forums a while back but something herped with my registration and the account is now permanently in limbo.

I don't think they are suppose to. They are evenly spaced nodes. The order is a formula. I am assuming it is a Penrose Kaleidoscope pattern? Who knows, maybe the TSN logo?
