Tim is Timasky, we know that.

Basky is from 41.

Woodsy is now from 45. Could be Basky. I don't like that he doesn't have the same mask if this is the case.

Skully could be Amy, Timasky is known, but now the problem is, other than Jessica or Jay, there is no one slender enough to be Woodsy besides Jessica and Jay, and I don't think they are yet involved, even during their blackouts.

I remember back when I was in lurking mode seeing a some people theorize that the masks possibly served as a sort of protection from TO. This entry appears to blow that theory out of the water. Despite having their faces covered, TiMasky and Woodsy/ToTheBark made a run for it after the distortion symbolizing TO's appearance showed up. Maybe their human fear of TO is more potent than they're aware, but I'm willing to bet that the masks serve little purpose besides concealing identities. The only hole in that idea, though, is that we're already well aware that it's Tim behind the Gothy McKissyFace mask, yet he continues to wear it. I'm drawing a blank on the possible reason behind that at the moment.

Most likely is that Tim has developed a split personality that his mask embodies. To Timasky, that's not a mask, it's his face. This would be supported by the fact that he still seems capable of acting rationally--he had already become Masky when Jay interviews him in an early entry, but he still acts like Tim. As well, insane people still to buy need food. I'm willing to bet that "Tim" is active very rarely, and during those times he doesn't wear the Mask, and for the rest of the time he does.

I really like this idea, it makes a lot of sense and patches over the confusion as to why he would still wear the mask despite having been revealed.

What you posted is Tim with a hoody (check stills from Entry #18 and whenever masky shows up again. )

He tried to get away at first, but afterward he turns and walks straight toward The Operator. That has to count for something, and seeing as we see him in the next entry with The Operator in his house, it sounds like it's more likely he's being controlled or somehow on its side, rather than still a completely normal human running away from it.

What part of SLENDERTRANCE are you guys not getting?

Wow, antagonistic much? Two different theories, dude. No need to get riled up.

I think that since he was in such a strong Slendertrance--and that's the closest we've seen him physically get to The Operator, unless I'm mistaken--it logically follows that, considering his behaviour has changed as well and ToTheArk insists he's untrustworthy, he's on The Operator's side.

You disagree. That's fine. But by no means are you definitively correct.

[quote]I highly doubt that. There's no point.[quote]

Yeah. I just find it odd they used a similar-coloured hoodie for a different character. Considering it was night vision and thus the colours are pretty much reduced to black-and-white, I would think they'd rather make it obvious they're different people, unless this is some sort of red herring somehow.

Something occurs to me--how exactly was Alex taken down to the ground? I don't see how Hoody could have done it, and while Tim seems like the obvious choice, first of all he's limping, which makes his tackling and sneaking abilities less reliable. As well, if he tackled Alex, shouldn't he have been on top of him right off the bat, instead of limping his way over there?

I think Tim was hiding behind a tree or something and perhaps bashed him with a rock. We don't see a third masked person, so it doesn't make much sense to me to assume one's there at this point.

Are...are you serious? While I fully believe Skully is a mask, we have had NO clear images of anything besides the mask itself.

Agreed on having no clear image of anything but the skull part of the possible Skully mask.

What?! No it isn't, that's TiMasky. Skully is from #26.

The Slendyfather?

I should have seen that coming, lol

I'm just glad I was the first to jump on it, haha.

Seriously, though, I did just think of something, based on my observance of the video that I don't think I saw anyone bring up yet, (and I've been doing my best to keep up on this fast-moving thread as it grows).

I'm sorry, but the image just popped into my head of Tim trying to eat with the mask on.

*brings fork to face*

*fork bounces off mask*

*Tim hangs his head and sobs heavily*

Well I first got the idea that the mask had some sort of emotional attachment when Jay tries to take it off very early in the series, and he seemed...I dunno, more angry about the possibility of the mask coming off than he ought to be. When Alex took it off, too, he seemed upset in a way that didn't jive with JUST "oh they know who I am now." Plus, notice that he seems somewhat unwilling to look at Alex, as though instinctively trying to hide the Tim face.

More importantly though, and while this may sound silly, Tim needs to be able to walk into a grocery store, and you can't do that in a mask, and you also can't do that while acting like a lunatic. So in those moments, he likely is his old self.

This just made me laugh and simultaneously feel badly for Tim. Hilariously sad. Maybe that's where Sad Panda comes from?

Edit: I think we just ran out of steam after almost 20 pages.
