Slendy
our tall, slender friend
our malnourished friend
the slender one
the tall, thin one
Slenderp
anorexic amigo
Slenderfriend
Slenderbob Tallpants
S-man
(ol') Jack Skellington
the tall dude
Tall, Pale and Faceless
(Mr.) Tall, Dark and Faceless
El Hombre Alto
That One Big Tall Guy
The Amazing Mr. Tentacle
Cap'n Slim'n Trim
O man
Mr. Mouthless
our Slender friend
Slender Boss
Big O
These are all nicknames that were used in on-topic discussions. We are such a creative bunch! ^_^v

The people on the Slendernation Forums refer to Hoody/Blasky as "Sinclair."
Also, Troy and Joesph = Troseph.

I think I started The Operator = TO, also Troseph.
I feel honored.

^Because Tim has a white mask, so some people called the new one Bla-sky instead of Masky.

A friend of mine lovingly refers to the Operator as "Skinnybitch". So far it's my favorite nickname.

Isn't ToTheBark the fan name for the figure leaning on the tree in Entry #40 (in the background with the whole "leg/root" business) and in Entry #42 (the guy sitting plainly against the tree in front of Alex)?

No, Blasky was by the tree in #42. ToTheBark is the dude (or chick) in #45 that lured Alex to Timasky

No. Hoody may be that figure, but I distinctly remember ToTheBark coming to life around that time.
ToTheBark is definitely not from #45, since the nickname existed before that entry. As I remember, that is "Woodsy" or something.

Not a fan of the "TO" abbreviation for "The Operator." It reminds of the word "to," and that can be confusing at first when reading a sentence, especially if people forget to capitalize or whatever.
It also mildly reminds me of the NFL player Terrell Owens, who is often abbreviated as "TO." Lolz.
Whatever though. It's all good.
