 		Super 8 Lego Minifigures
My tribute in Lego to the kids of Super 8.



From left to right:

Cary (with backpack and firecrackers)
Martin
Alice
Joe
Preston
Charles (with camera)

I've got accessories to go with each. I'll update later if anyone's interested to see those.

I've done some other customizing work in the past, but this was my first Lego project.

I have a 2nd wave coming based on the adult characters (Jack Lamb, Nelec, Overmeyer, Donnie, Dr. Woodward and Louis Dainard)

This is EMinor73. Don't know how I ended up with two usernames, but it's me.

Kosmo---dear Lord, thank you for the reminder that it hasn't been released worldwide yet. I am so glad I did keep it relatively spoiler-free. It wasn't intentional, but thank God I didn't blow it. I will try to be more careful in the future. So sorry if I unintentionally mentioned anything spoiler-ish. Feel lousy about that.

Everyone else: I will be posting the 2nd wave as soon as I finish the last guy. I have made a few stabs at the creature, but I will keep him offline until after the film's out everywhere. (God, I want to barf thinking I might have accidentally spoiled anything for anyone who hasn't seen it yet).

A friend of mine was a PA on the film and has shown this picture to some of the actors---very positive response thus far! Maybe I'll send them to the kids.
