Definitely recognize some of the sounds from HL2. In the tags for Recovered_005 the following sentence is formed: the end is near would work fast if were you.

Seems very strange to me. Some people reckon the recovered files have something to do with the Borealis.

I copied down the code from Withheld as best I could. I think it's Base64, but I can't seem to decode it. Here is the code if you need it:

You are right Xeronex. It is Base64. A couple mistakes in your code. Also the lowercase L and uppercase I look the same so I had to experiment a little but finally got this

There was something on Reddit about this. Boiled down to it basically saying it was fan made by a guy who participated in the Portal 2 viral, and he's mimicing that to try and garner publicity. I'll see if I can find it.
