Well, Imma' just throw this out there because I think I can add some logic to the "new masky" theory:

OK, so if this "guy"[could be a girl, Jessica could have figured out which side Alex was really rooting for and wanted to help Tim] has a bandana, which means they don't have a mask, which in my opinion means they're a new member of the "kill Alex Club." So given that I think we may have some new characters, or character developments here...

EDIT : The reason they'd be new t the killing Alex party because they don't have a mask is because they haven't made it yet, so expect this person to get a mask in the future...

It's really hard to tell if it *is* hoody but if it is then maybe the bandana that people are seeing is because of the sad face stitched on hoody's mask?

But the main reason for Hoody being Hoody still is that it just doesn't make sense to introduce a new character this way... "Hey let's give him the same hoody and film it in night vision so everything is blurred and distorted!"

Ok, guys... I got through 25 pages, and I just couldn't do it anymore. Sorry, I did my best.

1. I have a theory that J ran into Jessica after the Tim/hotel incident, but is keeping quiet about it to protect her. I think they might actually be together right now. I just find it hard to believe that he has hardly said anything at all about her since they were separated. Shouldn't he be more curious? Instead, all we've seen about it is from Twitter:

Observations:
1. TO does make an appearance in Alex's window around the 0:37 mark, when he opens the blinds you can see the V of TO's suit and the tie. Also, the camera goes out of focus as soon as this happens, and when Alex shuts the blinds it comes back into focus.

2. Masky at the end of the video is Tim. None of the females that we've been introduced to have sustained leg injuries that we know of.

Ok, just thought of something that might have been said already...In entry 43, Alex goes completely bonkers and goes looking for TO (not the brightest decision in the world, mind you). He ends up approaching him and then the tape cuts out. Then in Entry 44, he lures TO to his room, where TO proceeds to abduct him to who knows where.
Could it be possible that Alex has either:
1. become somehow addicted to TO's effects on him and is now a willing servant/ally?
2.become possessed by TO after so many exposures to him that TO can control him from just about anywhere when he needs Alex for some purpose? Or
3. realized that there is no beating TO and has, again, made himself a pawn or servant or ally of TO?

I sometimes feel sorry for the creators of these things. They set out to tell their story, set up questions, provide answers to those questions but still preserve mystery...and all some fans can do is get so over excited and try to be the first people to find some obscure hidden secret that they begin declaring new secrets and new characters and they miss whats actually in front of them.

This hooded fellow is the same one who took J's camera back to his car. The hoodie is exactly the same. Who cares about colors? The camera was in night vision mode. It doesn't invert colors, it simply detects light in a completely different way. That people actually want to believe he's ANOTHER face-covering character is beyond me. It MUST infuriate the creators.

Oh, and you can't use size and build to prove or disprove anything. Remember that it was stated OOG that the person who was under the hood was not who they originally intended because of scheduling conflicts.

Lets recap...

Late in season 1, the MH account is hacked, showing lots of footage of Masky putting his Mask on and being all creepy, and a voice says "we." At that point, we probably should have realized that TTA wasn't just on person. Instead we just thought Masky was TTA. It's now clear that TTA is more than one person. I currently believe it is only TWO people. Tim and Seth. I'll elaborate later.

In Season 2 we have a series of cause and effect entries from J and TTA.
First, Alex crushes Tim's knee after pulling the mask off to reveal without a shadow of a doubt that Tim is Masky.
Later, TTA starts hinting that something is coming. We get footage from J showing someone walking up to his car at night while he's sleeping, and moving on. TTA shows via POV footage that he was the one who walked by. He then predicts we're about to see the Operator again. J's next entry has the Operator. TTA could "predict" this because he was there. His next entry has creepy drawings that show he was hidden in the forest, watching J. J's next entry shows someone pick up the camera and walk it to J's car, at the end revealing someone in a hoodie sweater, with his face covered. The storytelling in these entries is deliberate. This hooded fellow is TTA, and has been personally stalking J and Alex since Tim was sidelined.

Later, via a tweet J speculates that because of differing styles in the TTA videos, that there may be more than one. This tweet is in response to a TTA video that shows distorted pictures of four guys. J, Alex, Tim and one other.

Now, we have a video where Alex chases the hooded fellow out into the forest. Hoodie stops, turns and faces Alex. It's a trap! Tim makes his violent return to the series by trying to get revenge on Alex, only to have something scare them off.

We have four male players in this series at this point. TTA is only two people. Tim and someone else. On the other side we have J and Alex. To what ultimate end I have no idea, but it's really as simple as 1+1=2. Or in this case, 2+2=4. Four pictures in the last TTA entry. Two guys who are the subject of these entries, and two masked fellow who are out to...do I don't know what.

At this point I firmly believe Seth is Hoodie. Brian is probably dead, and it seems like he was just an actor in Marble Hornets. Seth on the other hand was more involved, and it was he who was holding the camera, following Alex, and he disappeared.

Even if I'm wrong on that speculation, please people, drop the notion that this is a second hooded person. We only have two actual masked people in this series, and they were both shown in Entry 45.

A question I have regarding the second masked figure. If the colors on the mask change why would the hoody be the same color as in entry 41? Also why would Tim's jacket remain roughly the same color? If night vision causes a color change in fabric wouldn't that cause a color change in jackets/hoodies as well? This is a question born of ignorance not support for one theory or the other.
