I picked up a couple of posters, a couple of wristbands, and one extra of the giant oversized bags. These things are monsterous. Im not sure who would be intersted in any of these. Id like to trade the bag if possible. Ive been looking for a flynn lives tshirt (xl) preferably not worn or a space paranoids and 89 forever pin. pm me if interested. Ill prolly just give the other stuff away. ill let yall know.
very disappoined in the whole WRB presence. Not much going on at all.
I honestly felt quite the opposite--I thought the WRB presence was surprising considering how little this film has been hyped and how I hadn't even heard of it outside of Unfiction.
It was certainly stronger than the Icefly presence and I had a good time at their booth. Even if I didn't get any of those darn bags despite my begging. Lord knows how you got two!
(Plus, I'm not going to complain about free themed 2GB USB sticks, honestly.)

I think Flynn lives ruined me. I was expecting something like that. I have a feeling my expectations were too high! Their booth setup was cool. I must say that the video game was terrible!!!! As for the bags, on saturday they were giving them away like candy. Looking back I should have grabbed more (but my pack was full and I didnt want to be a packmule!)
We (eolith and I) stuck around for at least 2 hours and they gave away bags nonstop! Posters were flying too. They were also giving away some action figures of the robots. But on closer inspection, the robots werent anything special. They are the ones that are going on sale in stores. I tried getting one for my son, but apparently I cant dance well enough.

Hey guys, totally new here. Just saw a few things while checking out the whole Flynn Lives hype on the web.
I was wondering if there is anything else I may be missing from the wrb site now. I have managed to acquire 12 achievements so far.

12) READY FOR THE BIG TIME

According to the guy at the WRB booth at Comic Con. We all can start playing robot vs robot games August first online at the website.

if its the same game as what was shown at the con, then I cringe. That game was soooo terrible. Basically two bot standing still facing each other. you can punch and dodge. thats it. No combos, no moving around the ring, nothing.

FYI- I have 1 extra "big A$$ bag" from con. Im looking to trade it if possible but I may just give it away. I would really like to get a FL recognizer pin or a forever 89 pin. Lemme know if interested.

There's an update on the Facebook page for WRB:
http://www.facebook.com/worldrobotboxing
"BING ARENA - SKIRMISH v. SCATTERSHOT! No MINOR CONFLICT. Tune in to see which 'bot will be standing when the SHRAPNEL SUBSIDES!"
But it doesn't say when to tune in... what is the "BING ARENA"??

Kinda bummed about that considering it seems too calculated to be a random advertisement. I'm assuming Bing is the search engine but I couldn't find anything associated with a Bing Arena or the specific bots mentioned.
New wall post on the WRB FB page. Anyone here controlling Handsome Pants? It would appear the promoters have some faith in your bot.
