Got my final pillar.
Quote:
You have earned your purity pillar.

There is a song we sing.

O greatest Spectrum
We give our lives free!

Spectrum, give us joy
To live among glass!
madness
Spectrum, make us pure
To be like the glass!
corruption
Spectrum give us life
To give greatest life!
death
O greatest Spectrum
Take to Glass Heaven!
this is the truth
Learn this song by heart. It is vital.

it seems madness, corruption, and death are our truths that's interesting indeed.

The new symbols on letter3.png

So Ore told me these new symbols on letter3.png are a DATE.

I'm guessing it's the date he posted the letter, 7-25-11.

Any more ideas?

 The Story

Here is our story (Red, Green, Blue):

There once was a man who was a clever speaker. Through flattery, ḥe gained many followers. Hḙ was in control of everyone. However, a voice grew among the people that their current dwelling place was not safe for them. The man reluctantly went with them through the woods, across valleys, and across mountains. Eventually, they found a village that was hospitable to them. They promised to protect them and take care of the followers.

The village had a prominent tower at the path that led away. The tower seemed out of place, but the followers ignored ɨt and the unnerving feelingʂ they got when they were around it. The man took to the tower daily and sealed himself inside. No one knew what he did inside, not even the villagers. They had claimed the village was simply built around the tower a long time after it had been abandoned.

Months passed, and tḥe man still took to thė toweŕ every day. Peoplė grew wary of his eratic actions that developed after the first month. He always said that they had to go back, and then he would say they should stay. His followers started to leave, one by one.

Finally, he climbed the steps of the tower and saw everything. He understood everything. "We must go back!" He cried from the top of the tower. "There is nothing for us here! There is no tolerance for us to find here. There is small difference between true clarity and false belief! We must go back."

The followers decide to follow him. They follow ḥim back across mountains, across vallėys, and through the woods. They are lost. They betray him.

He ɨṡ abandoned.

The man walks aimlessly through thė foᶉest. Hė then sees a town below, in the trees. He runs to it. He preaches to the people, who follow him.

The same happens. He loses them again. It continues, and his ideals are planted in all places.

Tɦe man will gain many alliȩs, and many enemies. His allies will trust him, his enemies will not believe him.

He wíll wander from place to place, making friendš and foes wherever he goes. Many lives will be fixed with his, bound by an eternal commitment to either help him or stop him. Many will try to stop him, in fact. All will fail.

Tɦe man will havȩ built up the most expansive collective the woᶉld will evȩr know. It will consume everything. Life will turn to complete devotion. Thus the man scorned will become the man empowered.

Just a little note, in the green paragraph there should be a non-ascii "r" in the word "forest" and the same for "world" in the blue paragraph, but it isn't showing up on my computer for some reason. It showed up on my work computer but not my home one. As we all know, the non-ascii characters are important, so I thought I'd point that out Wink

How did we aquire this? Or am I just being slow?

Also the same set of non ASCII letters appears in each coloured paragraph:

HE IS HERE

EDIT: Those numbers follow a pattern. I will try and draw something in paint later, but hopefully someone else should be able to see it.

Each of us - Red, Green and Blue - received one of the passages.

Which numbers follow a pattern? The code we were told is a date?

Ahh, I see.

Yes, if they are the date we think they are, there is something of a pattern. I think I can work out what 0, 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 are. The others we might be able to guess if they send us more numbers.

The Story Characters

Morning all! What an exciting night last one was lol

I went to bed thinking that apart from Mora (Lizzie) there may be someone else from that list of Names that is also a character of the story? I'm thinking this will be crucial for how we develop on the game, since we cannot talk to Lizzie, for example, the way we talk to each other here.

So I'd ask everyone that's here in the forum to check in on this post, just so we learn who is from here and who is from the story!

In the meantime, I'll ask the GH people what the other names translate into in Nimpik, this may give us a few new words to work with.

News from Ore
The Pristine Fiend & The Glass Beast; Old Smokey & Spanish Missions

So Ore just tells me that the Pristine Fiend and the Glass Beast are "one in the same."

He didn't answer what the Old Smokey is, but the Spanish Missions is "how they [Glass Heaven] began."

I'll ask for Old Smokey again.
