 		I will definitely post my twitter conversation with Will. Smile I couldn't earlier because I wasn't on my computer when I checked twitter last.

If any of you want to add me on twitter I'll gladly let you see my feed though.

First, the reply that was hidden in my third pillar message. It had the same words hidden in the song that everyone has seen, plus this:

"only three unfulfilled Paromnetiaraet may exist"

Unfulfilled... does that mean they haven't heard the song yet? I'm so curious about this...

I am the fourth of the second generation. So I'm guessing I don't get anything further until there are a fifth and sixth, since it always goes in threes... so if you know anyone who's thinking about getting involved, give them a push? Wink

On Twitter, I followed Will and he followed me back, so I asked him:

 		I don't have Twitter, and I don't really want it, so that is why I suggested posted all the messages. It just helps out everyone as they will notice them more easily as well Smile

I think the Paromnetiaraet are Prophecies. The word translates to "Fate" (Plural in this case) but it is being used as Prophecy, which makes sense as the two are linked.

That's OK. The more team members we have the more the load is shared around. I hope you get your Nimpik name soon, because that is where the fun really seems to start Razz

 		Only three unfulfilled fates/prophecies?

Well we know that Ore has one of them. Perhaps if the Crystalline Lord sings to Blue, that will be another. But he also sung to Lizzy - do we already have three, meaning we can't move on until at least one gets solved?

Interesting. Must be a "wait and see" thing though. Smile

That is what I was thinking. I think we should try and find out what Ore's Fate was ... Perhaps that is what he is running from?

 		I haven't sent a message since I got my third pillar, so I could probably send back a "thank you" or something with one more hidden question in it, so that the answer could be in their "oh COME ON just be PATIENT" reply... Wink

So the new message he just sent me reads:

past jo-
present -
future no-

Green's guess (and I agree) is that the present has no prefix, which makes sense.

I think more has to come still. You can't do much when you only know what suffixes and prefixes mean but you don't know the radicals.

This makes me so happy :D First, because another member in the team is always nice!

And second because if you're having fun it means the game has not got boring for newcomers, as we once discussed in our group. It would suck if newcomers could only follow and have no fun during the process ;)

 		Nimpik morphology so far
Just to sum up what we've learned so far regarding Nimpik morphology, a list of some prefixes (x-) and suffixes (-x) and what they mean/do to words.

Prefixes:

pa- = holy (paara = holy path = life)
jo- = past tense
no- = future

Suffixes:

-et = plural (Paromnetiara - Fate/ Paromnetiaraet - Fates)
-ik = makes nouns in New Nimpik (like the Paromnetiara letter), or adjectives in Old Nimpik (all we had learned before the P letter)
-n = makes adjectives in New Nimpik
-ja = refers to an environment (whatever that means :P), according to Ore

Anyone wanting to help with the Paromnetiara, the transcription (http://wiki.littleoldone.com/index.php/Paromnetiara) and some Nimpik grammar (http://wiki.littleoldone.com/index.php/Nimpik) can be found on our wiki.

 		I would love to try to help with the translations, but I feel like I wouldn't even know where to begin...

So this will probably be random thoughts as I play with replacing words.

I see the word "tasaj" a lot in that letter. "Tasaji" is "her", according to the Nimpik page.... so is "tasaj" a variation on that, or does it possibly mean "him"?

Actually... I'm thinking maybe tasaj/tasaji as she/her.

M, so far we know

aji = my
paji = our (p- makes plural pronouns)
phaji = your
tasaji = her

paj = we

so we assumed

tasaj = she

Ore has also told us that tasgar and tasaji are related, so we assumed tasgar is girl/woman.

Wink don't be scared, we're also having the hardest time with it lol

More info! I sent a "thank you, I shall wait, etc etc" post, and in it I asked Ore what the fate was that he was awaiting. He didn't answer that, but I did get:

 		Yep, please PM me your email address if you want an invite to the google doc where Blue and I (Green) are working on the Paromnetiara letter. Both Blue and I are translators who speak more than one language, so we have been working quite methodically, though we can only get so far with what we've been given...


Speaking of which, I have had some communication from Ore! He sent me an email through GH with no text except his, telling me:

what does that make tomanu?


After some discussion in the IRC channel, I asked if "tomanu" might be "word", "phrase" or "song", because it does not function like a verb. Ore replied to tell me that "tomanu" is "voice".

I have updated the Nimpik page on the wiki accordingly.

 		So tasgar is probably "girl" specifically, instead of "woman", if "gar" means "small".

ETA: feel free to call me Dalek if it's easier to remember. *grins and points at avatar*

Thoughts on the document:

The "big stone something plural"/"big stones" could be mountains, wasn't there a mention of mountains or caves or something in one person's story options?

She "nerojdi" a voice seems like it would be "heard"/"listened to", because there's not much else that would make sense there, I don't think. As "listened" it works the second time too... hmmm...
