Also, the Photoshop document is that of a strange jester-like face with a dark layer over it, obscuring some features. I'll upload it if I can.

EDIT--This doesn't mean only us three will continue in the game. It means we will be communicated to first. Anyone can still try and continue with this. Two months is a lot of time to get more followers.

EDIT--We still need to find they who wears the mask, guys. This puzzle isn't over yet.

 		The only thing I recognize is that 52 may represent the number of weeks in a year. I thought, perhaps, that the atomic number of the element which fell on that week would tell the day of the week, but some atomic numbers go beyond 31...

I also thought it looked a little like the Karmic Calendar, but that doesn't seem to hold up.

 		In the email the word Green is highlighted in the same color as the five symbols, so that could be a key to decoding the underlined symbols ??

I would think that they are the key to this, but the structure of this image is interesting. The 52 weeks theory seems plausible as well.

 		The puzzle isn't over yet. We still need to understand how 52 weeks, a deck of cards, and a petri dish work together to make a puzzle. I haven't given it much thought yet, doing ten ARGs at the same time is hard...
