So glad this series is back in full swing.

So, distortion and oddities in the latest video:

1) Slendy appears to reach out for Sean after Stormy mentions things changed at The Overlook.

2) Patrick sat next to Sean when Stormy mentions her blog.

3) Another awesome Slendy appearance after Stormy mentions Michael said Slendy was protecting him. There's some whispering here that I can't make out. Anyone care to try?

4) Slendy behind the fire exit door

5) More whispering at the end.

The red walls in that building were very David Lynch. And those pounding noises and the overall audio mix as Shaun went out into the corridor made me shit myself. I was also very unnerved; I thought I heard laughing and such in the bg when Shaun and Stormy first began chatting.

I couldn't hear what the whisper was in that one frozen frame of SM - "something something is dead," who is dead? Also, great subliminal shot of Patrick on the couch.

What I also like about this turn of events is the overall turnabout of the ensemble. Michael/Patrick is the more conventional lead, a very engaging, charismatic, magnetic presence, whereas I think Shaun is the short, awkward sort of kid - but now Michael has turned out to be a nut and Shaun's the only lead we've got. I like how it kind of fucks with the mainstream expectations of what a series like this should be. In a typical TV show, Shaun would always and only be the sidekick, but this forces you to identify with him.

Also, there were some great lines in there: "I really don't care how you've been. I'll have my people call your people."

Sounds like "The lock is dead" to me. There's some sort of noise we need to try and remove from the first word/s.

Good thing I watched it after I woke up. This was a killer episode.

I think that we can all agree that this is THE BEST Slenderseries on air right now. It's updated very non-frequently, but every video is a bomb.

That was an amazing entry I was tense through the whole video. Great use of sound in it. It had my heart racing.

I don't know why but I hear Michael (garbeldy goop) is dead in the cleaned up audio.


Would love to know how Stormy is going to fuck up Patrick's surprise.

I've only watched the linked vid on Stormy's channel; I'll have to watch the rest later, when I'm not pressed for time. Quick question, though: Stormy mentions a blog, written before the video series. Something about her mom and a memory wipe. Anyone look for that yet? I'm guessing that'll shed some light on her character and the reason for her stay at The Overlook. (Love that ref, BTW. Maybe the place is "haunted" and exerted some bad vibes onto an already-disturbed Michael? Doubt it, but that would be awesome.)

The friends Stormy mentions, Iris and somebody else (can't remember the name), might be worth looking into as well, since she wanted to hide the info about Michael from them.
