The most important question for me is:

What's up with the 7 months gap for jessica and jay?

What happened?

The handheld might have more context for this event.

Maybe:

During those 7 months, Alex died. Jay went to that location (for some reason), found Alex's camera and started recording simultaneously with his chest cam. Jay sees blood everywhere, but can't seem to find his body and is abruptly interrupted by the Operator.. But it's possible we're going to see Alex wearing that same white t-shirt seen at :50 in a later entry.

You know, I was just thinking about this recently. We never see anyone with a gun, or anyone even mention having a gun. I would have guessed that Alex might have had one (possibly the cause of the bleeding back in Entry #14? As I said to you on another thread,I was recently looking in-depth at #22 and I noted those things in the description,as well.Some things in this series make me think A)Either the creators come up with thoughts/ideas etc that sound cool and mysterious and then employ said ideas,only to forget they have,and then we find these things and have questions,or B) They put them there for other reasons and we THINK they forgot or won't get solved,but the final joke will be on us.
In other words--perhaps their intentions are good and they throw in elements for entertainment/mystery/intrigue--but in the end--it often proves too much to keep track of and things never get resolved due to the overwhelming number of things that there ARE that are yet to be resolved.
I hope that all makes sense--cuz I think it's very relevent to this entire thread.

I think it was referring to his previous tweet about thinking the TTA videos were made by different people, then in the latest entry you see Tim and someone else together, so even if they aren't TTA, he at least found evidence that there are multiple people working together.

Since 21 and 22 are two parts of the same sequence of events and were posted at the same time (almost), it's fair to assume that 22 is supposed to be "2 of 2" and J just forgot and made it the standard "22" instead.
