Question: Why does it always take so long for the video to be uploaded? Maybe just mutli-checking to make sure everything goes the way it should?
Of course, that didn't work so well with enttry 37...

They may just be overly-big files, depending how much J knows about video compression. I know I used to upload videos that were a few hundred MB bigger than necessary just because I messed up a template once and didn't realize until after several months of uploading enormous video files.

Or, J's current hotel has a bad internet connection. Maybe.

EDIT: Oh, unless you mean like why it was delayed for the entire day. That may just be because Troy likes to upload at night when it's more atmospheric? Or he could legitimately have been doing last-minute editing. Who knows, really. Maybe he has to send previews to "the big cheese" first or whatever.
