Uh, no. Maybe it's the contrast of my monitor, but the editing there is *extremely* obvious. It goes from dark grey noise to near-black with barely even a crossfade. The audio is well edited but the video is NOT. This isn't even debatable.

It also looks like Troy had to play his grabbing of the key in slow-mo, which kind of annoys me because it makes J lose all momentum as he's running away. Either that or he legitimately acted that part out really slowly; either way it looks really weird. The proper way of making sure that we notice the key is to fumble getting it off the hook or something else that looks naturally, not the careful, deliberate tug that Troy does in this video.

The really loud run up the stairs also should've been made quieter; it sounds like it would echo across the entire damn neighbourhood, the way it is now.

Positive things:

The suspense is good, and Alex's "HEY JAY YOU FORGOT YOUR FLASHLIGHT!" was hilarious and appropriate. J's face in the reflection of the glass startled me the first time I watched it, so that's a good sign as well. Overall a pretty good entry... it's nice to see J breaking into houses again. Razz

Man, these last few entries have been fantastic, not to mention that they seem to be coming out at a rate of every one and a half weeks.

Great entry. It's nice to see Marble Hornets apply some good old "screamer"-type scariness.

As for the tape that Jay stole, maybe that tape contained the events of Entry #45? As we all know, Alex filmed that with a regular camcorder, as opposed to his chest cam, so it probably wasn't on the hard drive.

Maybe TO is a part of Alex that appears whenever Alex feels dramatic emotions.

This entry, he was pissed at Jay for breaking in. The last entry, presumably TO maybe showed up saved saved Alex's tush from the masks. Entry 26, Alex was pissed at Amy.

He does, but from what was said there at the end of 12 I was thinking that he was maybe the only one who could see the Operator there? Because I do believe Alex acknowledges his presence and says something about getting him to move, but to my memory no one else on the set actually says they see him, and the girl says "What is he doing?" I've believed that maybe she was asking that about Alex, yelling at someone she can't even see.

So maybe this theory isn't completely discreditable?

I think this is the same house as Return. Which is somewhat worrisome.

Exactly what I was thinking, and since this takes place approximately three months after April since Entry 26 was in the beginning of april, and the subsequent videos were a short time after that until a few entries ago where the 3 month time skip began, then that means that tapes from August 2010 should be right around the corner. Something good is going to be happening. Or bad, which ever way you look at it. :p

Michael Bay co-directs an entry. Slenderman explodes. Tim is recast by Shia LaBeouf, Alex becomes CGI. The Ark is located in the desert behind the Smithsonian. Everyone cheers as Jay drives off with Jessica (played by Anne Hathaway).

Also, 'doing' and 'going' both make sense, I was just noting it since it went unnoticed and people kept asking what was being said.

That help or kill thing really lends credence to Alex being TTA, what with the whole "Do I help or do I kill?" thing in the TTA vid a couple of vids ago. And I missed the part where Alex says "You lead him here."

Also, did anyone catch Alex's evil face when the Operator's behind him? Someone needs to screen cap that.

If anyone doesn't think Alex is being Slendy possessed now, they're crazy.

That first part you mentioned made me think. Alex's drawing said Help ME, Kill ME, so maybe whoever TTA is is trying to decide Alex's fate...? Just a thought.

Don't think so. There is no closet on the right in Return, only a hallway.

If it was the Operator, how would Alex be back there? How would he have made it to that room without walking past the closet?

I honestly don't know. The only reason I could come up with is that we know there is some sort of link between Alex and the Operator, though we don't know the extent of it.

Perhaps the Operator was mimicking or even transmitting Alex's voice? I really don't know, it's just that the legs and feet look rather large, looks like business pants and shoes, and the figure walks silently, slowly, taking big steps. Kinda creeping like the Operator did when Alex was sleeping and whatnot (I forget the entry number. I think it's 11). That's my reasoning for doubting its Alex.

That, and I had a "feeling" that the Operator would appear as Jay was hiding in the closet, concentrating the camera at one still spot on the floor. It's similar camerawork that we've seen earlier when the Operator "creeps" on screen. It just feels like an Operator appearance, to me at least. On my first view I was honestly thinking that the Operator slammed the door and waltzed in while Jay was exploring Alex's Operator Art Museum.

Well, there is also the issue of the Operator showing up on camera numerous times. Some sort of mental projection wouldn't appear on technology.
