 		Awh come on guys, we are no closer to solving this. I have been working with the strands of text in the second video but still have nothing. And I almost burnt away 2 days doing. I have also tried various other things and none of them worked. It is like we are playing a board game with the board.

 		I asked what connection Fritz Thyssen had to all of this and i got "' MR electrico commands you to live forever" no signiature.

Mr electrico is both a charater in ' something wicked this way comes' by Ray Bradbury and an actual sideside performer that Bradbury met when he was 12. Mr electrico walked up to bradbury, tapped him with a sword and said "live forever".

Not sure what this has to do with anything though.

My guess is that this is one person, with MPD, and the orphanage is how they refer to the body they inhabit. I think we are still missing characters, but I don't have a tool to do the slowdown to frame by frame.

 		I used a firefox plugin called download helper to download the .flv file and played it back using VLC player slowed to a fraction of a second playback. I can include links to both if you want. They're both free.

Numbers stations.
Did a little research on the cornet project and foud this PDF ( http://irdial.hyperreal.org/www/conet_project_booklet.pdf ) explaining numbers stations. found page 3 " anotamy of a numbers station" and page 4 "how do number stations work" very interesting. i think this may be what we are dealing with. still reading the PDF but her are the part that makes me think it could help.

page 3 " Anatomy of Numbers Stations transmissions.
In the case of a voice numbers station, there will be
one of several types of introduction, usually starting at
the top or at some whole fraction of the hour. These
introductions can be a single letter of the alphabet keyed in Morse, or a piece of music played for several
minutes, before a voice, in one of several languages,
begins calling out numbers. The first numbers called
are usually a three digit number. There is then a call to
attention, signaled by the use of the word Attention or
by some other device, such as bells, gongs or tones. A
group count giving the number of message elements
that are to be sent is then transmitted, followed by the
groups which are sets of numbers or phonetically
spoken letters, usually numbering five in each group,
although there are stations that transmit four figure
groups. At the end of the groups, there is sometimes a
repeat of the groups, if not, there is an ending indicator,
either by a spoken end or a repeat of the introduction
music. Morse stations generally do not have music at
the beginnings and endings. The message structure of
Morse transmissions is identical to the structure of
voice transmissions, save that everything is sent in
Morse code. Each of the noise stations is unique. The
one thing that binds them together is the extreme
length of time that the broadcasts are on the air."

page 4 " H ow do Numbers Stations work?
Numbers Stations send enciphered messages in the
form of groups of figures or letters using a cryptosystem
known as a one time pad . In this system, two
identical sets of random numbers, printed on numbered
sheets are generated (the pad ); one pad is kept by
the sender and the other is kept by the recipient. When
a message is to be sent, the original message or plaintext,
is mathematically added to one of the random
numbers on the pad. The random number used is predetermined
by the sender and recipient so that both are
in sync. When the message is sent over the air, the
recipient transcribes it by hand, and then subtracts the
random number on her pad from the message she has
just received. The random number is then discarded. In
her hands, she now has the original plaintext message,
sent to her over an open channel with zero possibility of
enemy decryption. The only way that messages sent
with one time pads can be deciphered is if your enemy
retrieves your set of random numbers, or pad, or if the
sender re-uses a pad."

 		SO...I'm thinking the key is 12.42 and the message is the letters and symbols... we need the one time pad for the 12.42 key and then we have the login.

 		Okay, the repeating symbols are RXHLZTFL. What I am thinking is that this is cipher, and this:

Looks like a 1 time pad. I am only guessing.

 		this is not working

i mean.... the one time pad... i'm pretty sure it will not work

we have 3 codes... we need 2 words
there's even a triangle there... there's no way.. it doesn't make any sense

i noticed there's also the presence of the 23 number....
this ARG (if it's and ARG).. has EVERYTHING!
