Just incase we find this is the pattern, here is a glance sheet:

And another, but this seems to be our alpha (though MUCH clearer!)

Just got my badge in the mail! I'll be sure to wear it to NY Comic-Con in October!

All of the Alphas posted so far has a different symbol in the last circle. ( . , + , and the last one had a division sign)

This could just be a way of separating the print batches. But they could also be indicating 3 (or more) separate QR codes.

It could also be indicating column/row position in the original QR. Alpha(row)-(something column) for instance.

I think that's the case now that you've pointed that out, the Alphas (seem) to be the squares.
Could also indicate the corners, ( 3 blank squares in QR code corners) but they've only just started sending out badges, there are possibly more symbols/indicators.

The lone Bravos is blurry and seems to just have a dash in the last circle.

I had been thinking Alpha was the column and the symbol at the end referred to row number. At least we'll find out when more cards start to appear.

The twitpic example would in theory be Alpha-4 depending on the numbering code used.

This reminds me of the postcard puzzle that was sent out for Flynn Lives.

Maybe the whole alphabet is the order the pieces are in. Wink

Got my ID today, the QR code is the same as the past few posted, A black and white sqaure. Tho something I did notice, that after the 000ALPHA- That my last symbol is a "." Unlike the previous one posted which looked like a division sign. Any ideas? ALSO, I'm thinking once we found a set of 4, AKA one full QR piece, they must form a code, in which we can enter in on our profiles to update the QR code.

What about this, Nine QR bits?

I think we've seen two that say ALPHA.

So what if the extra symbol tells us what row it's on?

If we take the two pieces we have already there are actually only 2 valid QR code sizes, given that each piece is 7x7 pixels. The two valid sizes are either 21x21 which would be a 3x3 grid or 49x49 pixels which would be a 7x7 grid. There are actually larger sizes that would also work but they would have a lot of pieces so I'm ruling them out for now. If we can get one more piece I could probably confirm or deny the smaller grid but given there are 7-1 symbols under them I'm leaning towards a 7x7 grid. As more people get their ID's and post their pieces maybe we can figure out the symbols and the placements of the QR code pieces.

Now that we have more pieces coming in I believe it is a 49x49 pixel QR code which would be 7x7 of these pieces. I think the codes at the bottom are locations within that grid. The alpha-0 would be the bottom left corner, bravo would be the next column, etc. I'd thought that there may have been multiple smaller QR codes but the two bravo pieces we've seen made me think it is one big QR code as they don't have the correct formatting for a small QR code. I've not seen good scans of the last symbols yet but I would expect them to look like numbers. I'll try and find some time to post a grid to the wiki later to track it if the pieces we get in suggest this method is correct.
