Lets see what I can do with a hangover......
If we just look at the background it says CVM patientia which is latin for 'with patience' then, there is an ouroboros. This was used primarily in Alchemy.
Quote:
Carl Jung interpreted the Ouroboros as having an archetypal significance to the human psyche. The Jungian psychologist Erich Neumann writes of it as a representation of the pre-ego "dawn state", depicting the undifferentiated infancy experience of both mankind and the individual child.
More Carl Jung.
I am afraid this is all I can do right now.

Analyzing the new code I counted 39 different symbols! It can't be a direct substitution code, unless we simplify by having all variations on a symbol be equivalent (upside-down T same as T, colored delta same as empty delta, etc.) In which case I think I count 26 symbols.
Then it is just a matter of letter frequency, substitution, and so on.
Either that or I am completely lost. Heh. Or, option 3, I am going to shoot this guy for messing with me.

They almost look like rune symbols? I don't know a lot about that, but I will have my sister take a look at it when she gets home...
EDIT:
she said she doesn't recognize any specific symbols but loaned me a few books. I am going to skim through and see what some of these symbols are...

Here's my progress so far...
Partial Solve?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The symbols in the latest code are the same ones used in the Zodiac Killer Letters. Here is the link I used with the cipher key
http://zodiologists.com/z408_cipher_key.html
This is the best I could do with a translation. Some doesn't make sense. One symbol didn't have a translation denoted by a ? below.
BREAKBREAKBREAKATTHEFOOTOFTHIETONEAESEAANDIWO?DTHATICTU?DUTTERTHETHOUGHTSTHATARISEINMELNIEOOIL
The symbols in the video also look like Zodiac code but I didn't get anything after a quick look. RL calls right now. Hopefully someone can use this to get a little further than I have.

So, ok finally some progress on the code/s! Looking at what you have:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Break, break, break at the foot of {something1} and I would that I could utter the thoughts that arise in {something2}.
{something1} may be "that one sea" or "the one sea"
{something2} may start with "me"

a tangent Oddly enough, Snorri Sturlson, who wrote the medieval Norse Prose Edda (on which Richard Wagner partly based his opera Goterdammerung) died in the fall of 1241 (which is almost but not quite 1242).
Probably just an odd coincidence, but there you go.

if you enter break break break at the foot of thietone aeseaa in bing then it shows up something about catholic assasins??? breaking each sentence down it says break at the foot? maybe at the end of this rambling its about oil? the last word that shows? Has anyone just listened ALL THE WAY through on the audio? from time to time words and letters are thrown in with 1242 like 12o42 then 42o12 or 12key42 and so oni wont beable to really focus on this until i get into work but i will try me best.
also i put aesea into bing alone and it stands for Arctic Environmental System in Global Change and its Impact to East Asia (SAUS)
as so told by http://abbreviations.yourdictionary.com/aesea dont know if its anything but talking about that then at the "foot of the rambling theres opne word. . . OIL. will keep working on this. it may not seem we are doing much but we started with just a video and questions now we are getting more questions lol but we are getting further then what we think. KEEP IT UP.

I received the http://i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj259/contactcare/1242_blue.jpg?t=1312485246 as well. Just checked it before I got on here. Great job solving it already guys. It seems to be part of a tynneson poem " break, break, break" ( http://www.online-literature.com/tennyson/709/ ). Working on filling in the correct letters for some that seem to be off.

This came out july 28th. ( http://entertainment.wagerweb.com/wtf/massachusetts-man-claims-to-have-solved-the-famous-zodiac-killer-cypher-pics-35649.html ) its a guy that solved the last zodiac code. I guess its slightly different that the other zodiac codes? Could be a huge help with the parts that don't seem to make sense.
