 		Yeah, wow. Ok so it repeats the card over and over, with strange white flashes in between. I can't tell what they are, but by pausing them there definitely seems to be something there.

 		At the end of the video he quotes Sir Walter Scott but he doesn't get the quote quite right. With him i'm not even sure what's significant and what's not. he says

"oh what heavy webs we weave when we practice the deceit."

the real quote is

"Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive"

It feels like he's mocking us, just like the zodiac mocked the police. It has to be simpler than this. I just think we are really over thinking this.
