So the six squares that match the same color pattern on the FB page are (with file names):
E05 dot---dot
B06 dot-dot
c07 dot
A04 -dot
A09 dot--
D06 dot-dot-

This is just an observation, but all the points represented by like-colored boxes are close to each other. For example the pink and blue boxes are E32, D32, B31, A32, and C30.

Do I need to go over the translation again? Or are they all in the right space?
is your cypher off of my first post or second? If first, then probably need to change it. My second post should have fixed it, my third post was my second post cleaned up changing "dot" to ".".
EDIT: Looks fine to me. =p

I looked through the comic, and this kind puzzle kind of looks like page 4 to me, except the black squares in the comic appear as doubles regularly, whereas the puzzle only has 1 double.
I figured I'd rather note something that MIGHT be relevant, than not say anything and regret it later.

Well besides going crazy looking at this picture. I keep thinking of numbers, and I actually wanted to do this as they looked so close to them with only minor things missing.
I can't figure out some of them but the "7" and the "3"'s looked so close to them I added the squares. The "1"s were experimental since they looked both alike and a straight line could be considered a one.
Like I said i'm probably just going crazy and putting things where they shouldn't go.

I just tried sorting the coordinates by color and then "aligning" each set like someone had mentioned earlier, by moving each block 1 space to the right or left. The only one that couldn't be "aligned" by doing so is the set that has the same color as the passcode entry page. I checked the morse code for the 2 coordinates that couldn't be aligned in the set (A09 & C07) they were E &W which can be arranged as EW or WE. I tried both for the passcode and neither worked. I personally think WE would have been an awesome passcode after everyone having to come together to complete the QR code.

bah...using a photo editor to slide the individual bars back and forth like someone mentioned. I feel like I get close to something but I can't make heads or tails out of it.

I'm still trying to plot out the morse code letters onto their corresponding number and letter placement on the grid to see if that has any significance whatsoever. I'm just at work and it's tedious so if anyone has done that already then let me know.
