Not to mention, if I were 42E, I'd have spies amongst the ranks.
listening in on theories and ideas of the players and adjusting accordingly.
but that's just me
if i were 42e i would leave some kinda of hint or clue or answer if we can still solve it or if you fixed it because your flock is getting really pissed off.
but that is just me

Got it! And it looks like I'm the first one in the world to do it. Suck it, world!
If you take the filename of each and write it into the grid, starting from the location written in the image, the dots spell out the passcode,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
EXTRACTION
I guess it was just a "one person needed" kind of thing. Sorry if this is a repeat, but I didn't see anything about it.

Nope, we were still trying to get it. Figured they just moved the game along. So solved elsewhere. Got it.

I don't get it; I even went to the SA forum where the guy posted how he got the answer.
My question: What files? What file names? I think I missed that part.
I'd love to understand exactly how he solved it, seeings as I spent most of my day trying to figure it out!

I think it works like this:
Let's say that one picture e06 and the file name is .--. (I don't know if this is a true example or not). Go to row e, number 6, and fill in a dot dash dash dot. Continue for all of the pictures.
I could be completely wrong, but that's how I interpreted it.

Ok...I think I get what he is saying (I have not spent the time to double check it)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I think what he means is that if the images is lets say A1 and the file name is dot-dot- that means that you put a dot at A1 and A3, with the - being blank dots. I believe that is what he is saying...if I understand in right...and if I do...that stinks...

The "morse code" things. Each file had a name like dot--dot or something. the dashes were trolls. You go to the coordinance on the grid specified by each and treat the dashes as blank spaces and the dots as where to fill in. Viola it works.
I'm honestly so happy to know it was actually solved.
