Grace's blog update includes some Griffith Observatory photos, an envelop with a children's song title and a coded message from Jester:
Quote:
xf ygtg vrphzkhuh evsyrh gfwxytb ut aol mlom xo dro opdpce ispy gur rfisg qtvpc je krbv agdv
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
various ROT numbers
It were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert xhen (note: when) the drugs began to take iold (note: hold)
The above is the first sentence from Hunter S. Thompson's novel, "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". Will tell Grace tho feel we need to understand more.

Yes, punxtr, was trying to edit that the well known book quote begins with "We". Why did you not allow me to make my post to Grace. punxtr?

No, I mean, when I decoded it, it came out like that. I didn't get 'it' or anything like that.

Hi star-shine. If you put the gibberish here http://www.unfiction.com/resource/rot-it/ you'll see one English word by each of the rotated number fields.
The first word is ROT 25 "we" which b/c my eyes were tired I just saw incorrectly. HTH.

I see now that does help I was looking at a different site to decode it and it just wasn't working.

Awoke to a blog comment there by "The Vagabond" who's not following Grace's blog. Leads to their Dance of Fortune blog which expands on themes already in play.

If nothing else APTDTU MKKF cryptograms to a ominous PIECES LOOM
Because of this

Ah, you are truly a part of the game now. What mysteries you will encounter, what enigmas you will face.
I tried here http://enigmaco.de/enigma/enigma.html
with NMD (NO MORE DISTRACTIONS) and other stuff as beginning settings, no dice, but then I'm not that familiar with it.

There is way too little info to even set up the enigma machine for this. It is a keyed Caesar, we just don't know the key yet.

PIECES LOOM??
As in we are missing pieces that have already shown?
Any significance to the x e i "typos" in the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas code?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I googled but didn't see anything. I'm kinda new to this... I started thinking that most of this has been done through blogs and stuff, so I decided to try xei and blogspot. It worked. New page possibly?
