Re: NEXT PATHWAY DATE
Next pathway date has been set!

Note: You also get a new set of log files!

Sorry, now I'm a registered user, I just had to get this out there ASAP. P.M. me if you can't find the log files.

On the "newchapter" website it lists the date for the next pathway as 8.15 (August 15th)

There are 5 new log files in total, in order:

1) (page 21 of 34) 5 panels, with a pastel version of the guy driving in a truck in the arctic-like area [NOTE: Not the drilling truck]. In the second panel there is a dialogue starting: "--MAYDAY!-- We've lost contact with three hikers in the Taymyr. If anyone is in the vicinity...". The next panel the guy says: "Tourists! Yeah, I'm on it." with the response "Thanks, Will (name of the guy) - Hey, how was your expedition?". He responds "Lousy. All I found was a whole lot of nothing." However, in the final panel there is a picture of him holding an intricate gold ring with what might be small pearl studs. [End of page]

2) (page 22 of 34) 6 panels, again with Will in the truck. First two panels are him driving, following footprints. The next panel shows a few polar bears and what appears to be a boarded up cave. Will says "It's going to take a steady hand and a sure foot to..." and he falls down towards the polar bears. [End of page]

3) (page 29 of 34) 6 panels, with Will instead in the drilling truck seen from the initial introductory video. Dialogue in order by panel: "I spy with my little eye..."/"...something made of ice."/"Almost like working my 'dozer back in Jersey...almost."/"Time to get to the bottom of this...". The final panel shows the drill pulled out of the ice with a glowing something in the chamber. Presumably this is the Icefly. [End of panel]

4) (page 31 of 34) 5 panels. This is an interesting one. There is one big background panel with someone falling off the top of what looks like an iceberg in a facility similar to the survivalcode.com audio facility (top observation room etc.). A thought process is typed out (possibly by Will, see the process) "A true mastery of the senses."/"Physiology conquering a savage environment. Our research just took a Quantum leap..."/"I couldn't have interrupted at a more opportune time."/"Gentlemen, have you seen this?". This may or may not be Will who is seen running into the observation room and plugging something into a console. The final panel shows the Icefly on the console. On the bottom right of the screen is a series of 5 pentagons with lines on them. From left to right (pentagons) the lines are from points 1-5 (point one being the top, the rest go in a clockwise fashion): P1: 1-3, P2: 3-5, P3: 2-5, P4: 2-4, P5: 1-4. [End of panel].

5) (page 32 or 34) 5 panels. The mute girl (grown up) is in some sort of study with a machine that seems to be a text-to-speech telephone meant for her. First and second panels show her drawing, the second drawing shows her drawing an Icefly and the telephone machine saying an incoming call from Traelek. She picks up the messages and has the following conversation over the final 2 panels: 01 Talk to me./02 We've found her./03 Where? No - don't answer that./04 Are you sure we shouldn't just tell her? It kills me to keep you two apart./05 She'll find me when she's ready - you know that's how it has to be.

I guess we'll see what happens on the 15th!

Pretty fishy.

I'm the girl who is in both the Boston and the San Diego pictures. I live in Boston, but right now I'm visiting family in San Diego, so I happened to be in the right place at the right time for both drops. My brother wanted to go

Don't worry about it (if you were). We'd theorized it might be something like that in the end. Remember you from before. I'm sure you can understand why those of us WITHOUT iceflies might be worried about some ninja acquiring a breeding pair Wink Or eBay fodder. Razz

@ Seashellseller; Grats on your personal Icefly and for getting your brother into the wild, wonderful world of ARGing. We typically hold no grudges against people unless they come in here bragging about how cool they are or how uncool we are Wink

However, I am angry at everyone until facility 2 is open for business. You all can kiss my grits.

^This, seconded

I appreciate your coming clean about it. At least you're a community member! Though I wonder why your brother chose not to pose with his prize. I'd be all up in that! Laughing

I hope some day I'm as lucky as you were. I'll consider myself fortunate if I ever see a live event (TSN or no) within six hours of my location...let alone two events.

I believe he did choose to pose with it. Unless I am mixing up the cities, I believe the San Diego pics had a guy and a girl in them, I assume the guy was her bro.

FWIW some Flynn Lives stuff went live at midnight. Unless I'm hallucinating.
