I know I'm pretty late on this, but... what? I started Angel's Game not too long ago and am now completely caught up on it (the YouTube vids, at least) and I also saw in the uF thread that Josh said he had no idea what this was. Could I get a more specific explanation as to exactly what's up?

 		We had another one of these Mibbit sessions.

IT WAS FUCKING GLORIOUS.
B2/GasMask person showed up as well. :3 I'm not completely sure about their back story, sadly.
But Neoplayer2, from here, and I have taken to making dirty jokes about this B2 being a tsundere and loving Mr. Collector, spawning after some jokes about how Skype isn't allowed where B2 works (possibly due to inappropriate chats).
It annoys him and thus it is amusing.

As for Mr. Collector, it seems he has issues with birds flying backwards and other weird things that were posted in recent blog updates. O.o

Pretty clearly a direct reference to Angel's Game. Since Stephen and Josh/Emet were the only ones still alive in the end, and Stephen was designated "collector" in the Angel's Game plot... The whole thing about "angel spawn playing dress-up" and then the mentioning of "He" thereafter... so the real Slendy showed up to Stephen after the Fake Slendy in Angel's Game was gone...

More prominently, the new post today has a Youtube channel in it...

Dimensional Bleeding has been a problem talked about for quite some time now, but has for the most part been simply classified as a problem without any explanation as to what it is actually doing to affect anyone. What this problem entails is that the Slender Man is tearing reality a new asshole just by moving around and that He's cutting into other universes in such a manner that they're all sort of drooping in to fill in the cracks. When the different universes droop together, they're mixing and swapping parts in a sort of constant flow.

The effects can most clearly be witnessed through the Internet. Different iterations of the same servers have swapped places and taken up the same physical space so often that the memory stored on them has been transferred and has allowed for anyone willing to do a bit of web surfing to quite literally peek into the lives of say, themselves, in different universes. The image of the Slender Man has also spread to these other universes and in some cases manifested into other corporeal and non-corporeal entities. A few examples being the Smiling Man, and the Creature. Each is a different entity with an identity borne from the Slender Man's fingerprint left on the multiversal whole.

Organizations such as the SMD would prefer to believe in the idea that the spreading of Dimensional Bleeding can, in fact, be contained. They would prefer that others fall under the belief that our tall friend is no longer moving from one universe to the next, spreading His bizarre influence as He goes about His business. They would have themselves and others believe that things can get better in time. I would have it that the opposite be known and, in time, accepted. My existence here should be evidence enough. A month or two ago I woke up in bed with myself, you see, and when I pinched myself I wasn't dreaming.

Jese lordpants, this puzzle is hard. Or maybe that's because I simply suck at doing puzzles extremely hard.
Either way.

Then used Base64 three times and then ROT-13.
