Oh god so many answers to one question.

anyway at first I thought it mean that the person in the mask was Jay, but that would make Jay Hoody...and that doesn't really fit if we think of the entry where we first meet hoodie, unless there really was a third person. Which really isn't even the right entry Ugh. Still, glad to see another response

The biggest question is who is this addressed to? If it's Jay, it could be Alex referring to the last entry, saying that he saw the Operator even though he didn't run.

I saw "it".
