This is probably not even close but what if you divide every number in the second line by 3 then try?

Knowing TTA, it may not be gibberish to them...

Could the numbers possibly be Morse code for something?

I did notice that all the numbers in the second row were divisible by 3, but even then 96 converts to 32, which is higher than 26. Could it be a problem that requires multiple levels of division, maybe?

Possible I guess...idk I didn't figure it was anything but it just seemed too perfect.

Someone check out the audio with a spectrogram. I have a feeling there's either something in the first three seconds or in the last two.

Unless I screwed up:
s n i w t e h t
u b e b j g x b r r
p d f s y u t u
is what a simple conversion reveals. Which, besides the twins, is nothing.
Is "the twins" perhaps a clue to how to solve the next two lines?
I'm going to try flipping the two bottom lines and then dividing by three.

I was thinking about the division thing as well. I've been trying to decode the third line, but after diving by three I just came up with random letters. I think the decoding method must be something else, or there's more to it...

Alright - the first spacing of numbers is quite bizarre, I think, because the second two sets are all in the center of the screen. So I made this image out of screencaps.
