Played sound backwards. it sounds like soothing piano music, can't really make out anything beside that.

I'm keen to believe that we are supposed to look at the sentences from last to first, since the letters had been spelled backwards it makes sense to start reading them from end to start... (+ the message seems to make more sense that way)

To me it looks like he isn't directing Jay because why would he say "I know you're there" then? He already knows Jay would see the video, why point it out again? I think he wants to reach out to someone who he thinks watches the entries + his responses as well. Could be the Operator/Alex/other

or he could be talking to Jay. Saying that he saw what Alex did.

Don't know who the twins are though, I'm keen to say that he's talking about the two masked figures but that would ruin my theory of them being TTA + more than 2 people being involved.

*wild theory that I just came up with*
TTA is reaching out to Alex and is stating that he saw what the operator did to him/Amy/Jessica/other cast member and is asking if he knows "the twins" (could be a tale about 2 Operators or just 2 people that have gone missing or 2 objects).

Since two key concepts have been backwards (the decoding and possibly the Gemini symbol in the description), I'd like to jump on the reverse message bandwagon, but I have my doubts on it. "I SAW IT. WHAT HE DID. DO YOU KNOW THE TWINS? I KNOW YOU'RE THERE."

The only "twins" we have are hoody/tim and alex/jay, based on association. I'm not going to go into the "two operators" theory or woodsy/hoody just yet because there's not much proof besides color differentiation in different lighting. So who are the twins? We also don't know who hoody is just yet, and TTA may be hinting that Jay is one of the twins and the video is intended for us.

Also, I see a split along the top of the figure, much like a bandana as someone already mentioned, so it could be that this isn't hoody, and that this is separate from Entry 45. This seems reasonable since TTA has waited for 3 entries to past without responding.

Also, the sound seems like a trumpet to me Very Happy

Could someone explain please list conclusive TO sightings and tie colors?

We know it was red in 46 and blue in 40 and 43. 45 and 44 it is unclear.

Please someone else propose an explanation for the magic-color-changing tie OTHER than "twins?"

EDIT: Guys, when the "I know you're there" flashed across the screen... it was IN THE SHAPE OF A J.

Clearly, it was aimed at J.

That is not the case. Look at stills of 46 and we CLEARLY see it Red in substantial lighting. Someone propose something that isn't a coincidence or mistake. Assume they don't dress and undress their TO too often. Why would they? I don't think it's an OOG error.
