 		If there actually IS a difference in the tie (I personally don't buy that theory), then perhaps it acts as a mood ring?

The darkness is like, the perfect place to edit in a cut. Of course they can edit it so you see slendy in one place and then the other.

While that's kind of a cool idea, I find it to be a little cornier than the idea of two different operators.

 		Well, I honestly don't know what to think the 'Twins' are at this point. A lot of valid ideas have been brought up--object, person, Two Operators, physical twin people, and metaphor--but I don't think I've seen the headlight-eyes mentioned as the twins yet?

That was what I originally thought it might be referring to.

TTA seems to reiterate the ida of 'sight' quite often: I See You, Did you see that, etc. It's one of the constant fixations that link the entries, and I'm quite sure it has more to do with the Operator's lack of physical eyes and it's connection to being recorded than we yet know.

So when TTA is referring to 'the twins' and again reusing the imagery of the headlight-eyes, I thought he might be talking about vision in some way?

Actually, there's one point in the darkness that goes from pretty black, to much blacker while they talk. I'm pretty sure they actually did put in a secret jump-cut and masked it by talking over it.

This is the better idea behind multiple ties, and I would totally buy one too. Good to see a possible compromise for the multiple tie tin hats.

Yeah, I just looked at it with my monitor's brightness jacked up and either it actually got that dark or they snuck the cut there.

 		Maybe the tie is different colors sometimes, or maybe the color change is just caused by lighting. Either way, I attach no importance to it. If it is actual different ties, then it's probably just an "Easter Egg" type thing.

Troy: Hey Joseph, we should change the tie and see if anyone notices! LOL

Also, about the whole "I know you're there" thing, a lot of people have said it might be TTA saying that he knows Jay's physical location, but could it be referring to Jay's mental state?

TTA: Come on, Jay, work with me. I know you're there. Wake up.

I agree with you. For one, since TTA's motivations are so shrouded, this seems to me to be a really good explanation as any for 'his' behavior. He's called out Jay before, and now he's trying to keep him on his toes as things escalate?
