The Batwing did have an unscripted crash on set recently.

Just seems like another one-off from their marketing team. It's the first (that I've seen) of many contests they'll be doing for one of Summer 2012's biggest movies.

If (or when) they make a viral marketing campaign for it, it'll be a lot bigger (and probably a little more discreet) than a post on their Facebook page for people to sign up to a service and possibly be chosen for your chant to be added to the movie.

More importantly, is the audio clip they've provided as an example is the same one from the first announcement website?
I mean it's clearly not since the example one is based more on the musical timing of it, but the words might be. :-/

A couple of 'leaked CIA documents' have been sent out, pertaining to the whereabouts of a missing nuclear physicist and a militia's deal with the US government to return him.

A third document mentioned an 'Operation Early Bird'.
