I find it very interesting that Alex mentions that he didn't "have any psychopaths wearing masks" following him or people breaking into his house before Jay came around. This sort of sounds like maybe Masky and Co. are connected to Jay. As much as I would like to think that Alex is in on it, I am starting to think that Jay has a lot more to do wtih Masky(s) then he is letting on.

EDIT: 69 posts lol

That's sort of how it's always seemed to me: Jay is more involved with the Maskies and Alex is more involved with TO. Alex only became a target of the Masked Collective after Jay went to him, and Alex got Jay involved with TO in the first place.

Maybe the Masks followed Jay to find out where Alex was? I think that was a pretty popular theory as to why Jay was being tailed. Now that they know where he is... I don't know, do they want Alex dead? Tim looked ready to kill in 45.

I definitely think that this relates to the timeline with #45, but I'm not sure exactly where to put it. Alex could be paranoid because he's already been attacked, or he could've been attacked after this because of Jay's traipsing all over his property. Though the body language of Slendy in #46 shows a lot, I think. He seems to be preemptively watching over the house in case something else happens...

Also, I hate to add fuel to the fire, but I saw Slendy in ANOTHER place. Here's a picture with a timestamp. I'm probably totally wrong, but I'm just putting it out there.

I would hope they reveal more of the build up to Entry 38 before the break, but I'm curious as to whether or not Jay would have a card up his sleeve as well, since by then he knows (or should know, despite his devouring of tapes) that Alex is not to be trusted under any circumstances.

Perhaps while he may not be a member of TTA, he forms an uneasy alliance in order to stop Alex? /speculation

What are your theories on the teleportation aspect? I'm still clueless on how that all comes into play.

The idea of Alex sacrificing people to TO works really well. Remember when he was telling Jay about people being killed out in the woods for crimes? People being strung up? Maybe he did that to Amy . . .
Shocked

Although I don't want to think down this road, I really hope Alex wasn't trying to kill Jay during entry 38.

Very probable.

Perhaps Alex was trying to get rid of Jay but jay in fear for his life injured or even Killed Alex. We'll just have to wait.

Very well possible. The tunnel is in the same forest.

That would be a hell of a turn around, lets go walk n' talk in the woods = Blood bath in a tunnel with a Slender fellow.

But it would be awesome as fuuuuuuck.

Crazy thought: We don't actually know who was behind the camera in 'noentry'. If Alex and Jay did have a battle to the death in the tunnel, I don't think Jay would then come back all "Is this blood?" afterward.

What if it was Jessica? Jay left her a message saying he's going to meet alone with Alex, Jessica knows this is the worst possible idea, and she's rushing to stop him. Thus the running at the beginning. Then she is coming across the blood stains, and sees the Operator. The camera cuts out shortly before Jay rushes in and gets them out of there. He saves the video to his laptop in their hotel room, hides the tapes and the harddrive, then they both go to sleep and have their blackouts.

I know this is really unlikely, but half of my fun with this series is coming up with crazy theories.

I saw that too. I think it's more just a perfect alignment of a reflection with some light coming through a triangle through the trees. When you watch it, the "head" moves way too far away from that stationary triangle as Jay shifts in his seat.

sighting

Ok, i know there's already been a debate about seeing the big O hiding in the phone scene, but im pretty sure this one is a legit sighting of him there, because i dont have an explanation for what else it could be.

I may be crazy also but I actually really like this idea a whole lot. I'm thinking of taking this theory out for a nice dinner and maybe a movie. We aren't sure who has the chest cam, valid point.

Hmm I think what may be tripping people up is that darker tree in the background. It seems like a fuller shorter tree that extends beyond the other one and makes it look like there are suits

"I'm not going to take that and leave. I'm not that stupid"

Oh J, you made me burst out of laughter there. I think you forgot about the key. Laughing

When I first saw your screen capyure, I had a 'OH SH-' moment, but now, after watching it again in full screen, it seems like a perfectly timed reflection. Wow, anyways though, 2 entries with great coincidental reflections (45 being the other)

Again, all I see are the bright spots of the foreground branches making an illusion with the darker background leaves. If Slendy was supposed to be watching Jay, we'd probably have a better indication. Distortion and whatnot.

Having said that, I just know Troseph picked that particular spot so that we'd all go crazy trying to find him in the trees.

I agree that it's most likely a reflection of light. The height to me just comes off as wrong, it reminds me of when I was just lurking and unregistered that there was a big discussion over TO being in the window. It just looks off.

That was his answer to the Key situation, STEAL MORE KEYS! But hey, it worked for him in the end. He got Jessica's number.

ITT: people pointing out trees Razz

Anyway, I liked it when Alex hesitated, and then flicked his hands slightly with a "no." I thought that was natural body language humor.
