 		A lot of people have been pointing out that Jay is now turning off the camera. Her's my little take on it:

We have all been suspicious for a while about Jay and the maskies. Is he with them? Has he found TTA? Ect. What if this is the way of pointing out that he has found someone? He now feels somewhat protected from our slendyfriend and is now recording only important events that he does to ensure that if he does suffer another brainwipe he has just evidence and not months of watching boring tapes full of nothing. Perhaps the maskies are acting as a bodyguard for him now or something?

 		Something that's caught my attention, and I know it's a little off topic for this thread, but something I've noticed is that people refer to the operator like some entity and that he's not really wearing a suit and it's just part of his appearence, like it's his skin. But is it just me, or does the operator like to change his tie quite often. His most famous one being his red one, but it seems on occasion to be dark blue, anyone else notice that?

I dunno I just have this wierd image of the Slenderman standing in front of a tall (very tall) mirror before leaving his house, holding up two ties and thinking, 'should it be red, or blue today?'

 		I had the video running while I was on another tab, and when I switched over, camera was just panning to this image (2 minutes in) -



Now it may just be me, but that stance plus lighting bears an uncanny resemblance to The Operator. This may be me overreacting but I definitely think it's deliberate.

PS: First post. Generic greeting to everyone.

PPS: Sorry if mentioned before, I only managed to read half the pages, got some stuff to do and wanted to post this before I leave.

Please don't bring up the ties. Last entry we had to deal with a huge ragewar over if the ties are colored or not. If you would like to know what the verdict is go check it out.

Maybe Jay was a member of TTA, possibly even the leader? The Amnesia caused him to lose his memory, however, and he now knows nothing about the group.
Have I ever mentioned English is not my first language?
Also, what's with with all of the greenhorns that say The Operator is within the trees? Are they all pravado in disguise?

Er. That's Alex. If you're saying that the lighting makes Alex look like the Operator, that's probably coincidence.

Slendy usually wears a red tie, but now he can't find it.
It's possible he misplaced it.
Or it was taken.

 		Is anybody else wondering why there's a thump at 0:24 when Alex enters the frame? That's kind of creepy.

EDIT: OH GOD I'M GOING TO BE CALLED CRAZY FOR THIS BUT is he teleporting in? Because that would be all kinds of awesome.

I thought about that, but the contents of #38 (and probably #38.5) seem like really important info. I doubt Jay would be quite as "I has no informations!" after that hike. Makes more sense to me that #38 & #38.5 are the outcome of this fight. Like Alex is either (1) responding with "Oh yeah? You really wanna know? Well HERE YA GO, I tried to warn you." Or (2) this fight makes him reconsider keeping Jay so in the dark. He sees where Jay is coming from, concedes the point, and gives Jay some key info by taking him on the hike. Both would fit with the reluctance/tension in the video.

Then again, Alex is wearing a reddish orange in #38 (under his hoodie), #46, and #47. Maybe #38 happens immediately before #46 and #47. They're hiking in late afternoon. Alex tells Jay the story and shows him something important in the Blessed Forest. Jay, having no context for the info, doesn't recognize its importance (whether we will or not is open for debate) and gets pissed. "THAT was what was so important?! How does this help AT ALL? You're just feeding me bullshit now!" The frustration and letdown from that afternoon is what leads him to finally say, "Fuck it" and break into Alex's house, out of sheer desperation for something useful.

At 6:54-59? I mentioned that earlier on the page; I think it's a passing car. When the noise first starts, it sounds like a car w/ a manual transmission changing gears.

Re: turning off the camera... I just assumed the past entries have been bits of important stuff, cut out of much longer continuing footage. I figured he just happened to turn the tape off at the end of an important scene, so he kept it in. Just my $0.02.
