 		I'm sorry for not reading everything, but I don't have a lot of time and just wanted to throw some of my thoughts:

1) Why isn't Alex asking about the key Jay took? Doesn't he want it back?

2) Alex saying: "You've done nothing" made me think about that one TTA video.

3) The operator wasn't there, they just wanted to build the suspense of you thinking he was there

 		Alright, I really really think Alex might be teleporting in at :24. When he enters the frame, he's doing this little bounce forward, (like you would if you kind of tripped over something), combined with that weird whoosh.

I think they mean Alex's car door. I totally had the same thought (that Alex rode the SlendertownExpress to find Jay), but then I remembered that Alex's car is parked nearby to Jay's. Alex drove and found Jay.

Banal explanation is banal, but is likely true. Neutral
