 		Cheating by using context:

One of the files we're missing obviously mentions the magnetic decay timer. I was noticing that one group looks like it might be decay. The other looks like it might be timer.

As discussed way back on page 15 or something.. that picture is used for both Quinine (in the original manuscript) AND Peruvian Bark (in botany.com). It's entirely irrelevant though since the answer we want is still Malaria.

 		Peruvian Bark or Quinine or Cinchona succirubra, dosnet matter. Its used for Malaria.

Rember, a rose by any other name will still cure malaria....or something like that...

Well, from Phaedra's youth, when she wanted to be an herbalist (don't have time for much, sorry):

The first plant in beewithh looks like honeysuckle (NOT Japanese honeysuckle). It can be used to treat asthma and other chest conditions. It can also be used as a laxative or an expectorant. It's supposedly antispasmodic, but I don't know for sure.

 		well even if i didnt get to solve one compleately this was really the first puzzle that i have been able to work on at all (stupid work) and i think i even got the

medicinal action: dandelion DIURETIC
