I'd say a small little forum on the outskirts of the internet. We can have our Off-Topic thread (what a gargantuan mother of a thread that will be), our Troseph's Comedy Hour thread (since we know it will be very amusing and worth discussion), and threads for random shit. Holding it all into one thread is bound to result in catastrophic forum explosions.

That pic inspired me to coin a new term " Meme-Stream" definition: a series of humorous post related to or directly referring to a meme Example the tothetub memes we had on this thread Laughing

I figure, Movies, Music, Video Games, Real Life Stuff, Rage, Shameless Self-Promotion (for whatever you want to show people), Misc Crap.

Any boards we should add? Going back to sleep in a bit, so when I wake up, I'll have your suggestions ready.
