Stupid big rigs making their stupid noises in the stupid background...

In any case, i spent 5 hours to make a yesterday 0/1 day. Yes it was a recording, and no it didn't recognize my answer. Side note: my car's starting to act funny. Even if i enjoy the weekly road-trip, the same doesn't always apply to my conveyance.

Incidentally, i left too early for me to know anythig about the picture taking before i left. I had my camera with me, but had no idea of what to do with it. When i got back, i was far too frustrated/tired to spend the next few hours scouring the forums for updates. I check today, and relise what a tour de force this has been for the beekeepers. Even though i missed out completely, nice work everyone.

I made the call into Dana's voicemail to get my cell phone added to the axon list because unluckily I haven't been able to get to any local axons. Well, i was accepted, even though she spelled my name as "Earthstrike". Whatever, I'm still pretty happy. And lucky too, seeing as I got caught off in the middle of "showing my loyalty". Haha.

I found myself on the Science & Medical page of the 404 files... AND in the crew listings! Looks like my e-mail went through, even though I didn't get a reply. I'm thinking of adding my personal # on the voicemail line... couldn't hurt, right?

Edit -- When I called the voicemail line, it said the mailbox was full. No luck!

Another 5 axons on Tuesday, around 7:30 ~ 7:50... I think I can convince JT to come along again. I'll let you know what happens!

Well, it seems i'm first again next week @ 8:01 PDT. once again, they've made it impossible for me to be at both. I suppose they're doing me a favor? Oh, well.
Didn't mean to sound so bitter in my last post, it just turned out that last Tuesday wasn't the greatest of days for me. Congrats Genie; i'm still reeling over how good a job everyone has done.

Oh, and yes i'll be once again leaving for the axon too soon to know what's happening with Melissa's fun jobs. So, if anyone's going to spend their early morning on the forum next Tuesday, would be willing to give me a call to update me, and make a silly Justin's day , then please PM me and i'll share contact info.

On a completely OT note: cold weather has finally befallen Alabama! I'm both overjoyed and shocked. It's amazingly nice out, even if slightly unnerving.

...Never mind. I was trying to get my car into the shop, and i've just been appraised of my automotive situation. I will no longer be able to drive long distances to get axons.

Sorry for the reversal and double reversal folks. Sometimes, it pays to still live in the same town as your parental units. When your car breaks down, you can ask to borrow their truck. When one's parents are as gracious and understanding as mine, and when i tell them, "It's for the greater good!" usually this entity achieves good results. I'll be there bright and early tomorrow, as planned.

I just got back from the 8:01PDT axon. I failed to get the right answer, but despite the road noise and static, i managed to at least get the right question to Angelo.

Its raining in Atlanta, so the only ones I could get to were Perimeter mall. traffic is annoying.

JT and I met up to cover the phones. First call came in on the lower left bank, #2 phone. When I got to that bank of phones, no ringing was heard. I picked up the receiver and I got the "ilovebees" loop, with the Operator saying I should "Clear the contents of my chatter buffer". /sigh wait on the next one...

Second call was MIA.

Third call was enhottenated, lower right bank, center phone.

Fourth call was enhottenated, lower right bank, right phone.

Fifth call came on lower right bank, left phone... I was on the cell with Angelo of the ILB Forum, checking on any updates and my exact call times... I gave the correct answer to the question, but it did not recognize and I didn't get the call. The file was hot by then, so no big whoop.

No after-calls from the SP. JT didn't hear a ring upstairs at all, so I believe all the calls are on the lower level. We just have to cover both banks of phones at the same time... I think for the first minute, the calls come in and are answerable... the second minute it goes into the "ILB" loop.... then they are disconnected.

We'll try again next week... I think there are two more weeks to go and we'll be done. At least, that will fill all the "recipe" pages...

I never saw those. Sorry. I'll fix the directory next time I can get out that way.

Directory is updated. sorry for the lateness this week. Things are tighter than ever (but if I can pull it off it will save me a lot of time.) I plan to be at midtown, PM, and P#2. As always, we could use help with P mall since the phones are so far apart, but there are 9 this week instead of ten thanks to a broken phone.
