and, again, facebook.

Check the Lonesome artist's haikus, under his notes. I think he's trying to explain the second word of the cheat code, among other things. Not sure what else though.

Wonder how long that bonus sentence will become? Just some first thoughts Re :Haiku 3: "The Second Word" (is maybe 'and') G'Nite all.

King Alexander=Assassination
The crash of the stock market=Nineteentwentynine
He who loved Daisy=Donald

EDIT: And b/c getting an 'accurate' answer from Mummer's Farce is like deposing a hostlile witness on 'Law & Order' Laughing I rephrased my question:

Mummer's Farce wrote:
Question: Are Grace & Derek Smith blood relatives of Ruggiero Magro's daughter, Karen?

Answer: It is within the realm of possibility

Good going amadel, I'm going to suggest

King Alexander=Assassination
The crash of the stock market=Recession
He who loved Daisy=Enos

These are big golden......

Some clues on the Perfect Square riddle, but no help to me. Is he saying the first word is THESE?

R8: Three Days: 0.5-16-24.5-64---12.25-25-32---32-0.25-16-20.25-64-1.25-18-32---144-0.25-81---32-40.5-1.25-72-12.25-25-8-0.5-18

If you're asking if that's the answer, then I'm afraid not. It's built on the same principle as a previous code.

So I think the clue here is to "cut these numbers in twine". I wonder if they meant "twain" instead of "twine". Which would mean cut the numbers in two or in half? I don't see how that helps yet...

Also Jester just gave us an extra day to solve this as he doesn't want to kill Derek right now.

Maybe "twine" is the twist, literally for y'all more calculating than I? Laughing "But not THESE (the 1st word) means the nbrs in words 2 and 4 shd be cut in half? Nice Booba!

Jester's pissed.

Apparently it WAS supposed to be twain, Lonesome Artist screwed up. Also, I think he's a little disappointed in us.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
To the Lonesome Artist: = "TWAIN" NOT "TWINE" YOU USELESS IMBECILE! Get it right. Or would your roommate to find out what you've been up to? *would you like. See how angry your incompetence makes me?

The game is just getting good! I don't want to kill Derek NOW! Tell you what, I'll give you one extra day to solve my puzzle. Two days left.

Cut the numbers in half, does he mean for the whole code?

As in...

0.5-16-24.5-64---12.25-25-32---32-0.25-16-20.25-64-1.25-18-32---144-0.25-81---32-40.5-1.25-72-12.25-25-8-0.5-18

becoming

.25-8-12.25-32---6.125-12.5-16---16-0.125-8-10.125-32-0.625-9-16---72-0.125-40.5---16-20.25-0.625-36-6.125-12.2-4-.25-9

???

What sucks is, their clues are exactly what I did on my own. The problem is, the numbers surpass 26, which means some squared in twains have to be omitted--but which ones?

I'm onto something.

Could it be every other number as well? I'm sorry if I'm not contributing, math makes my head hurt like no tomorrow.

That's exactly what it is. I'm not good with substitution though.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Adjusted code:
0.5-8-24.5-32
12.25-12.5-32
16-0.25-8-20.25-32-1.25-9-32
72-0.25-40.5
32-20.25-1.25-36-12.25-12.5-8-0.25-18

Obviously, 32 turns up more. Does that imply the letter E? I'm no good with this. First week of classes, someone else help me?

Good job punxtr and Dia...

Best I could do with substitution
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
LIKE THE UNIVERSE AND EV(E)RYTHING

The 2nd E in "EVERYTHING" wasn't there, but including it was the only way I could make sense of it.

Don't know if that's the answer to give Jester or if we need to go further...

EDIT: Maybe the answer is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
infinite? or infinity?

The answer to life, the universe, and everything is 42. Hitchhiker's Guide. Already tweeted. Thanks.

Edit--The code was misspelled so that it would be harder to notice a pattern. I was looking for any word like E_E____ but there wasn't one. It really throws off a good lead, because it was still E.
